Good Bus - I have chosen Ninh Binh Travel Office to book sleeper bus tickets for my trip to Hue, it is very helpful to choose to book tickets here, dedicated service, someone to guide you to get on the bus. The bus is picked up right in the center of Tam Coc, I just walk a few minutes from my homestay, the bed is very comfortable, the modern Bus has a curtain, the service is perfect!

False Advertising! - Bus was late by 2 hours, there was no water provided and no Wi-Fi as advertised; toilet had no paper and half way through the trip the driver decided to put a woman and her two crying kids next to us so not only did we get no sleep we were also massively cramped - at least 50% of the fee should be refunded - not happy at all.
