Wonderful Cooking Class with Warm Hosts - This cooking class was excellent. It started with a market visit where we practiced a bit of Vietnamese and picked up fresh ingredients. Back in the kitchen, we cooked four classic dishes: beef pho, chicken pho, nem ram, and bun cha. Eva is a great teacher — clear, patient, and efficient. The setup was professional, and everything ran smoothly. The best part was eating the food afterwards. It was genuinely one of the best meals I had in Ho Chi Minh. The pink theme, the certificate, and the cookbook were nice extras, but what really stood out was the quality of the teaching and the food. Strongly recommend.

The Best Dinner (and Afternoon) We Had in Ho Chi Minh - This was honestly one of the highlights of our trip to Ho Chi Minh City! The market tour was such fun — trying out our Vietnamese words was a real challenge but also so rewarding. Eva and Kelsey are the kindest hosts, and Eva explained every step of the cooking so clearly. We prepared four dishes — beef and chicken pho, nem ram and bun cha — and it was all surprisingly easy to learn thanks to her patience. Sitting down afterwards to eat our “creations” was hands down the best dinner we had in Vietnam. I also loved the cheerful pink theme everywhere, plus the little cookbook and certificate we got to take home. Warmly, warmly recommended!

Truly Local Vietnamese Experience - A small cooking kitchen own by Eva, i had a session with her to learn Beef Pho, Bun Cha, Fried spring roll and egg coffee with her today. A lovely lady who had passion in cooking! It’s fun and heart warming local experience.

Authentic Vietnamese family recipes and cooking techniques, host has excellent English, kitchen is clean & airconditione - One of the best experiences of our trip and we learned delicious traditional Vietnamese recipes to recreate once we get home. Air conditioned and very clean home, professionally set up for a cooking class. Eva has an exceptional level of English and was fabulous at explaining as she took us on a tour of the fresh food market to gather the ingredients. Whilst we were preparing the 4 dishes, Kelsey was taking care of tidying up and cleaning the area as we went along. As a result the food was beautifully presented for us to enjoy at the end of the lesson. A real joy to spend time with these two lovely people who were very accommodating of our dietary preferences. Highly recommend!

Vegan cooking class Ho Chi Minh - Had an amazing time with Eva and Kelsey on our vegan cooking class. Informative and lots of fun and laughter. These guys made us feel comfortable and confident. We may have just made more friends too. I can now return home and confidently apply my new skills in our humble little piece of the world. Highly recommend giving this class a go. 100 Stars!!! - This cooking class is amazing!! We LOVED everything about it. Eva was so thoughtful in her preparation for the class. We enjoyed cooking the food and really loved buying the ingredients at the wet market. I recommend this class to everyone! Affordable, personal, and most importantly, delicious!! It was honestly the best food we have tried the whole time we have been here!

Fkin Amazing and must do please - Wow thank you so much angel for taking me to the local market with fresh produce and really great energy… Firstly from the beginning my tour guide Was so patient as I was running a little late then she greeted me at the gate Then we went off to the market It was really pleasant and honestly I couldn’t fault the day We had soft music playing in the background also my guide speaks English and fluently which was easier to communicate We made some amazing dishes And honestly I had to tip the guide Because it exceeded my expectations My bday was made perfect because of it I also got a HOLY PHO cooking book And a vege slicer and a fabric scent parfume type present … Thank you angels
