Do this and you will enjoy every minute! - This was just a brilliant experience from start to finish. Ann was our teacher and she was funny, personable and made everything easy to follow. Alice was the cleaner-upper this time (they take it in turns) and the place was clean (immaculate really). The ingredients were fresh and the meals we made were delicious. We really enjoyed the market trip too.

Fire Dancing in the Kitchen - Such a cool experience! My chef husband loved the teachings and humor An had throughout the entire time. We definitely appreciate how she explained the different veggies & meat at the market. We made Fresh Spring Rolls, Pho Ga and Beef Dancing in Fire. So delicious! Definitely recommend to anyone willing to learn!

Great cooking course with market tour. Three dishes made, fresh spring rolls, pancakes, and pho. English speaking staff - Brilliant experience. Meet at west gate. What’s app to check where you are if lost. Lovely tour round market, explaining some of the history and also the products for sale. Then made 3 courses. Fresh spring rolls. Pancakes. Pho. All ingredients already laid out. Lots of fun. Very well organised.

A great “foodie” experience - What a great way to learn how to cook some of the local cuisine. The tour of the wet market was great. Our chef explained everything really well and made cooking easy. The dishes were absolutely beautiful. This is a great way to understand more about the food culture of Vietnam. Recommend only having a light breakfast if you are doing the morning tour, as you cook heaps of food and it’s a big lunch.

Set the standard, cooking classes rock! - Great fun, surprisingly chaotic in a good way, highly recommend! We had an excellent experience here, would recommend to everyone even if you're not particularly interested in cooking. You make everything yourself, except the Pho that's kind of special, and then you can have a homemade cocktail or beers to wash it down. Great vibes, and you get a little cookbook at the end which is quality, something you would buy in shop, which was a very nice touch. Since doing this cooking class, we've been doing cooking classes in every country we visit, it really set the standard. Best way to spend your time and learn something in the process.

Fun Immersive Cooking Class - Fun and informative experience. Chef was careful that we all followed along at each cooking station and that we understood instructions. The food was great and representative of some of the most common dishes we've ecountered. The only thing I would change is that it got pretty warm and AC was not sufficient to cool down the room where the class was held since we all had fires going. Perhaps adding another AC or more powerful AC would help.

Not as promised - Not as promised. Only made three courses. Market tour was ok. Taken to shops of friends and pressured to sell. Not taught by a real chef. She kept having to open phone for instructions. Did not return me to meeting point so I had to pay more to get back to my hotel.
