5:30 pm: The English-speaking driver team will pick up guests from their hotel or a designated location.

They will provide information to give a clear understanding of the tour itinerary and the dishes that will be sampled during the tour.

The first stop is at a renowned local restaurant to enjoy beef noodle soup, a type of noodle soup originating from Central Vietnam, sugarcane juice—a naturally sweet beverage from sugarcane mixed with kumquat for a balanced taste, and betel leaf wrapped around beef, a popular Vietnamese dish with an enticing taste and aroma.

Next, guests will be driven to Nguyen Thien Thuat Street, a famous street food area in Saigon known for its diverse cuisine and local culture. This area is home to residents from various parts of Vietnam, contributing to its fascinating and varied culinary scene.

A short walk will allow guests to explore and learn more about the local lifestyle, history, and stories of the area. They will then enjoy bo la lot (beef wrapped in betel leaf), a renowned Vietnamese street food.

The tour continues with a drive to Saigon’s largest flower market, where flowers from all over Vietnam are sold. This market is also a well-known wholesale hub in Ho Chi Minh City.

Guests will then pass by Nguyen Trai Street in District 5, famous for its numerous fashion shops. The street is bustling at night. Crossing Nguyen Van Cu Bridge, guests can view the Saigon River, stilt houses, and enjoy the fresh breeze and peaceful moments away from the city’s hustle.

The next destination is District 4, the smallest district in Saigon, surrounded by the Saigon River. It is a melting pot of immigrants from across Vietnam, leading to a diverse population and cultural richness. Guests will experience a food paradise with a unique cultural experience.

The tour includes enjoying BBQ seafood on BBQ Street, where many popular seafood restaurants attract thousands of visitors each night. Guests will have a small party with seafood dishes, grilled items, local beers, and experience the local street style of Saigon at night.

The tour concludes with a drive back to the hotel. The friendly driver will bid goodnight, leaving guests with happy smiles.
