A walk through the whole process, smiling along the way! - What a well crafted and thoughtful class! Getting totally hands on with nature, learning so much about the love that goes into the crops and harvesting them! Not to mention a cool mushroom development process! Followed by a delightful class with our sweet chef who couldn't stop smiling! Loved the playful naming of the sauce combinations like "happy family" too! Such a delight!

A great day trip for any foodie in Saigon - A great experience - we enjoyed a tour of the organic farm site and learnt about the farming techniques being used & even got to pick the produce we used to cook. The cooking lesson itself was really interesting and fun! Very attentive and knowledgeable staff!
