Your guide will fetch you from your hotel at 1:00 PM. Our tour commences with a visit to a local coffee shop and a bunker that housed weapons used for the 1968 independence palace assault. We then proceed to Nguyen Thien Thuat street, home to one of Ho Chi Minh city’s most ancient apartments. The itinerary then leads us to Saigon’s largest flower market, with a wide range of flowers from all over Vietnam and is a renowned wholesale hub in Ho Chi Minh City. Your appetite is satiated next with authentic Vietnamese pancake with wild vegetables at a local eatery. Our journey continues to district 5, where we explore Chinese heritage and ‘Thien Hau’ temple, the oldest one in China town. A trip to the floating market is up next, where you can enjoy coconut juice. Lastly, we make our way to district 4, often referred to as Saigon’s smallest district (notably the mafia area), to savour some spring roll vermicelli.
