Find us at Eco-Fun Ride, situated in an undisturbed and serene 70-acre nature reserve. This is an adrenaline-fuelled, non-illustrated tour. You’ll journey along the boardwalk that stretches over the salt marsh, observing the tidal shifts and the ecosystem.
Navigate through isolated Live-Oaks wearing veils of Spanish Moss and one of the leading Camellia Gardens nationwide showcasing 131 distinct species. Marvel at a threatened Marsh Tacky Horse, Butterfly House, and numerous other remarkable sights. This excursion is ideal for all age groups, and particularly for teenagers.

Look for "Coastal Discovery Museum" signs. Once through the gate, turn left at "Segway Tour" sign. Park off road at fence. Walk around fence to left. Continue on road on foot for 30 yards. Look for Segway sign on "barn" to the left.

Fantastic time! - We had a wonderful time cruising the woods on a Segway! We had a fantastic tour guide, and we can not wait to do this again!

Fun and Beautiful - Love this tour. This was the second time doing this tour with my family. Loved going through the woods and seeing the beautiful big live oak tree with the Spanish moss. If you like off-roading and not just being on the concrete all the time, this is the tour for you. Tour guide was very nice and helpful.

Wonderful ride - We enjoyed the ride through the live oak grove. Seeing trees that were hundreds of years old was amazing and seeing an alligator was a bonus.

Great way to see sights without walking! - My husband and I had a great time taking the Eco Fun Ride segway tour. I had to talk him into it because he was concerned about safety. Bob was our guide and did a fantastic job. We had enough time to practice riding the segway before we started the tour. We had so much fun on this tour that we will be seeking out other segway tours as we travel.
The tour has to be scheduled ahead of time (online or by calling).

Fun way to spend an hour or so, for the whole group. - This was a GIRL's trip and most of us had never ridden a Segway before. The instructor was fabulous and we had the best time - weather was perfect and bugs were at a minimum (mid/late April). Would recommend this to everyone!

Great Segway ride - Eco Fun 90 minute ride was a fantastic experience. Chris was our guide and he was knowledgeable and fun. We wanted less talk and more riding and this excursion did not disappoint! Would definitely do this again.

Best experience! - This was the first time on a Segway for the 4 of us. Ages ranging from 73 to 63. Everyone did a great job. It was so much fun! Chris was a fantastic guide. This was informative and fun all at the same time! I would highly recommend it!

They will hound you till you book, and if you have to cancel for good reason, No REFUND! - I normally don't do negative reviews, just want buyer to beware. I am sure the actual tour would have been great, but unfortunately after a week of them texting me every day and informing us they still have availability, we booked it. We booked on a Thursday afternoon with the tour Friday morning. Same day we booked it, my father had a medical emergency that night which landed us in the Hilton Head ER. Our tour would have been the next morning. We woke up bright and early to call and explain what had happened and we couldn't go, but unfortunately it was less than 72 hours before tour cancelation, so they said no refunds. Normally I would understand this, but it was less than 24 hours from when I booked it to when the tour would have been. Normal cancelations I understand no refunds, but medical emergencies should be taken into consideration.
