HHI kayaking - Had such a great time! We loved our guides-Cindy and Amber. We saw dolphins while on the water. This was my daughter’s favorite activity.

Great experiences. - We did both the Kayak tour and dolphin excursion and had a great time on both. Saw lots of dolphins on both. The swam right under our kayaks. The staff was really nice and Ruthie was our guide on both and did a really great job and Harry the skipper on the dolphin excursion was super nice with the kids. Would definitely use them the next time we go to Hilton Head.

Great service! - My husband and I and two of our children participated in this tour. We had two tandem kayaks and while this was the first time for all of us we had no problems and while it was hard work on your arms it wasn't hard to do. Our guide Ruthie was wonderful and patient as one child in another group with us was having difficulty. We will definitely use Low Country Outfitters for out next excursion in Hilton Head.

Best customer experience - The team at Low Country water sports was absolutely amazing. It was my first time Kayaking and I was a little nervous. Our guide was fantastic. It started lightening 1/2 hour into our trip so we had to turn back so….here’s the impressive bit…..the owner gave everyone a full refund AND gave my friend and I a ride home in an absolute downpour (we taxied there). Just a wonderful experience and I would come back over and over. Cudoos!

Great tour! - We had a GREAT time on this kayaking adventure! Cindy, our tour guide, was informative, funny, and very personable. The tour allowed us to explore the beautiful waters of Hilton Head and see dolphins, sharks, as well as beautiful homes! We also had a blast with Van Gogh (the guides dog). I would highly recommend this tour!

Great morning with Alistair - Great 90 minutes in the water with our guide Alistair. He’s super knowledgeable and made the whole experience relaxing and fun. We saw two small bonnethead sharks cruising the shallows as an added bonus. The paddling was pretty easy - out and back with the current due to shifting tides. Make sure you ask Alistair about pelicans!

Kayak Tour - The area was beautiful to see and the guide was friendly and provided good instructions on how to use the kayaks. There were 10 people on this tour and most of us could not hear the guide once we were on the water. Perhaps a waterproof microphone or megaphone type device would help. We did not really see any wildlife which is not anyone’s fault, of course, but was a little disappointing. Ten people was a lot, especially when trying to get the kayaks back from the water. Our guide understandably got a bit impatient with those of us who were having a little trouble coming in with the kayaks. She was finally able to get some help. It was too much for one guide to get all of us in.

Wish we paddled - Kayaks were great. But wish we would’ve paddled: I’ve been on guided kayak trips before and typically one has to paddle but this was a bit more like a float with the current. With a bit of paddling we could’ve gone further to have seen dolphins (as other kayakers saw that day). More like a float trip than a kayak trip.
