Worth the Price and the Time! - LOVED this trip! The boat was full, but not crowded, and the day was lovely. The boat left on time and picked us up on time, which is all he really needed to do. The driver was very nice and told us things about what we saw on the way to Daufuskie - he also answered questions. All things considered, the fare is reasonable. The trip is 45-50 minutes each way, and this is strictly a ferry service. There's no tour attached. We had the option of renting a golf card to get around the island when we arrived at the dock in Hilton Head, but I didn't do it. By the time I got to Daufuskie, I regretted it, because it's a big island & that's the only way to get around! Luckily, I was able to rent one at the General Store in the docking area, but I wouldn't count on that next time. By renting on the island, the price was maybe a little less, but not much, if any, and if they're busy, they might not have unrented extras. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. My only caveat - it wasn't easy pie to find the departure point - don't listen to your GPS completely. It'll get you to Simpson Rd, but read the instructions on your electronic ticket to take the first right off of Simpson into the parking lot. Then go all the way to the left, which is where the Wooden Dock is. Go - it's a neat island!

Great day on the island. - Ride over on the ferry was very nice. Saw several dolphins. Lunch at the Crab Co. was great. Husband tried the scrap iron. Only one. He was driving the golf cart. Interesting on the island. We saw deer, horses and a beautiful bird sanctuary. Everyone we met were so nice. Must stop by the small winery and light house. They have nice gifts to purchase. Would definitely do it again and probably again.

Isla Bonita - The weather was impeccable and perfect!! Our captain was super friendly oriented along with his assistants. I loved the island 🏝️ experience with all the small businesses who educated us on history of the island. The preservation of Daufuskie was impressive and historic which made a very unique and memorable experience.

A perfect getaway. - Beautiful island, great ferry and golf cart experience. Would recommend as a must. So many places to see, museum, nature, beach, bird watching, great food and the people are wonderful.

Relaxing ride to Daufuskie Island - The guys were very nice and made the journey enjoyable. Pointed out few things on the way. They obeyed the water way rules.

Daufuskie day trip! - This was such an easy way for me to book my daufuskie day date trip with someone who had never been before! We had the best time! And everything went so smoothe! I will definitely be using Viator again for future bookings!

Reliable Transport to Daufuskie - The boat departed on time in both directions. Boats seemed very safe, and the crew was personable. A good way to get to Daufuskie Island. One thing: the return time was earlier than advertised on the website, but we were fine with returning to HH Island earlier.

Party Island, not impressed. - The Ferry ride was enjoyable both directions. Daufuskie Island was a bust for me, roads sucked driving a golf cart dodging rough pot holes, the winery was nothing but a stand, road signs were hard to read and not placed where you could see them clearly, the light house was a house for the light house keeper of days past. I returned the the golf cart and wanted to eat at the crab company, for what was ordered we waited at least about an hour for 2 tacos, and a crab cake. This was probably a great place to party, not my idea of a great time. I left 2 hours early. I wouldn't recommend to anyone not wanting to party. Spent too much money on this excursion.

Nothing to see. - Boat ride was okay. Island is not worth the trip. Rental vehicle was too expensive. Will not be back.
