The dock is where the excitement begins, as we deck out your youngster in pirate vests, face decoration, and tattoos. Get a tutorial on pirate lingo and swagger before stepping onto the Black Sparrow in pursuit of hidden gold.
There’s a catch though - you have to operate high-pressure water guns en route and overcome the notorious Smelly Sam to retrieve the treasure keys. Feel the thrill of hoisting the flag, seeking clues from the map, and bagging elusive treasures on this 90-minute voyage that will leave lasting memories for your children!
- No restrooms on a pirate ship, but there are bathrooms at the dock. Make sure to go before you come

What amazing memories... - What amazing memories were made!! My 2 and 3 year old can’t stop talking about fighting off “Stinky Feet” with water cannons and getting the treasure! Huge thanks to Captain Bones and Pirate Sparrow (and Pirate Stinky Feet lol) for such a fun experience for my babies!!

A great trip, enjoyed by all ages! - We had such a great experience today on the pirate adventures! The crew were entertaining, and even got both parents and kids involved in the treasure hunt. As a bonus, we even saw dolphins on the trip. The trip leaves out of the Harbor Village Marina. So, if you are not staying in the Sea Pines area, you will need to buy a day pass to get into Harbor Village. Be aware that the Harbor Village security gate ONLY accepts CASH! The parking can be a little tricky. So, it is best to arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes before you are supposed to be there. There is plenty of shopping and ice cream shops for the kids while you wait.

This adventure would be a fun part of anyone's family vacation! - Sparrow was fun, funny, inclusive and great with the little pirates! Despite some hesitancy about being on a boat, Sparrow gently helped our little ones enjoy the experience. Now they want to go on a pirate ship adventure every day!

Fun for Young Kids - We appreciated that there was some shade available since it was a very hot day. Great for young kids. Ages 4 and 8 are still talking about how much fun they had and enjoy looking at the treasure (toys) that was found.

Family Fun - The boat was well ran and very entertaining!!! Our 5 year ild loved every minute. They offer face painting taboos and get the kids so excited before you head down to the boat. Then it is about 90 minutes of pirate excitement. The crew was amazing a d so friendly!!!

What a blast! (Pun intended) - My two boys (5 and 3) experienced the Pirates of Hilton Head cruise on 7/31/21. It was such a great time! The crew does a wonderful job of including everyone in on the fun - even the adults that come along! It’s clear they enjoy doing this every day, it showed in the way they interacted with each other. The boat ride is smooth so there is no concern for sea sickness while on board. We even saw dolphins on our trip. The kids loved blasting Stinky Pete with the water cannons and are still talking about the whole thing weeks later. I can’t recommend this cruise enough for young kids and parents!

Always a Blast - This was our third time on this adventure in the last 3 years! Our daughter (now 4) loves this activity and this trip was no different! From Captain Bones to the two ship mates to my daughter's favorite Stinky Pete (a former Marine) all are wonderful at interacting with the Parents and Kids!
Make plans for this activity if your at HHI! We always go early, you avoid crowds and the heat!

Awesome Adventure - This was without a doubt the most fun thing we did with our grandchildren when they came to visit. It was fun for grandparents, parents and kids. Loved blowing Stinky Pete into the water!!! They actually bring up a treasure chest and let the kids choose their booty. I’d say it’s for ages 10 and under.
