Additional Information
- We don’t offer any infant rates for this trip as the tickets are a per person rate. All ages will need a ticket.
- Stars & Stripes is USCG approved to carry up to 30 passengers, but since COVID we have limited public capacity to 20 passengers.
- Private charters are available for Stars & Stripes. Please contact Vagabond Cruise if you are interested to learn more about this option.

Stars & Stripes is located in Harbour Town Yacht Basin just below the lighthouse. Check-in for this sail will be at the Vagabond Cruise reservation office just to the left of the Harbour Town Lighthouse.

It was a lot of fun and very informative from the crew. - I volunteered to assist the crew, and was permitted to steer the boat! The weather was great with just the right amount of wind.

Great ride!! - Great winds provided for a great sail with reefed main. Super friendly captain with a pretty green crew who appeared eager to learn. To be out to sea on Stars and Stripes was a most excellent adventure!

Great afternoon sail off Hilton Head - Great sail and views where several of our party who asked to help were able to help steer or raise sails-- really fun. Crew were helpful and friendly and shared lots of their knowledge about the islands, wildlife and scenery. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful day for sailing - We had a fantastic time on this lovely cruise. The day was perfect and the crew was great. The captain and his 2 crew members were very friendly and so accommodating. We had my 74 year old mother with us and they made sure to give her seating that accommodated her hip and knee arthritis. They also took a lot of pictures for us and let my daughter help out with the sails. We even got to see some dolphins up close. It was a really nice time. I highly recommend.

Perfect afternoon - The perfect afternoon on a sailboat with a super friendly and relaxed crew. Lot of interesting local history and folklore. We were accompanied by four dolphins that periodically would play around our boat for most of the 90 plus minute sail. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Great cruise despite being rescheduled by Vagabond - Our initial cruise that we’d scheduled about 4 weeks in advance was rescheduled without explanation on the day before the cruise. We were rescheduled for an earlier cruise which was difficult for us to make in time due to a prior commitment, but we made it with a few minutes to spare. The cruise itself was great. The crew was knowledgeable and friendly. The views were amazing.
