Best guy to go with - He is one of the best person I have meet..he was so sweet with us from first..he gave us the best rates best hotel best service.i truely recommend one should go with him when he visits Sri Lanka. We had forgot our specs in his car..the person sent us the courier also..very nice guy really happy with he service.:)

Let down! - Paid for transport from the airport to our hotel but no one there to meet us. When I rang the contact number (which turned out to be a driver) he said he no longer worked for the company & could do nothing. The booking was only made a week before I travelled. I then had to pay for another driver situated at the airport, which cost more than the Viator booking. I emailed Viator but so far have not had a reply.
