Check you get back early If doing half day trip - Visiting the countryside, school and seeing how the locals live. We booked a half day trip which is all we wanted to do but, at the stop for lunch (for the full day people) we were told there were 6 of us going back to the hotels and a taxi was arriving. Yes the taxi did arrive and 6 people were in it but not the other 4 people us included. The guide did not check who had been booked for the half day and should have been returning and told us another taxi would arrive. IT DID NOT. They keep telling us it would be there the next stop but no was not each time. They were trying to keep us for the full day which is not what I wanted and eventually they get us a taxi to take us back. Not good results on what should have been a good half day trip.
