Bad Easter experience - I booked this excursion for my friends bachelorette on Easter Sunday. It was a group of 6 women. When we arrived, a gentleman told us that the place was currently closed for Easter and the carts had been moved to get washed. There was no mention of this on the Viator app when I booked and no email was sent ahead of time. Thankfully another place down the road was open so we paid cash to that place. I am still waiting on my refund for this booking from Viator. Be careful when booking on Easter weekend. Things shut down without notice in DR.

Not available - First of all, the address to the location is not correct. Thankfully we had a local know exactly where this place was. Secondly, when arrived, they were closed for Easter. There was no communication of this to us at all. I also reached out to the tour operator 24 hours in advance and I never received a response. We wasted $98 and now we are having to really fight for a refund. Go through a different company if you can. Do not use this company!

Ghost - The address of this 'tour' is incorrect as my booking was not recognised by anyone from "family boogies" I got taken to 3 different companies and nobody could find my booking. also location of this place was quite out there so we had to fork out $60 just to travel as our cab driver added to our inconvenience. Just book another buggy tour

Brian's Excursion, under Viator is a SCAM! do not book - We did not go! Tried repeatedly to cancel well before cancellation deadline but no way to contact. They do not pick you up, do not reply to concerns. We are still trying to get our money back.
