Unforgettable day! - We had such a lovely time and would HIGHLY recommend this tour, or any other from Niall. Our guide provided us with a memorable and powerful day as we learned about Scottish history driving to various destinations outside Inverness while stopping to see a few Coos at a local farm and sampling some spirits! The passion Niall has for his country and openness to share made this day unforgettable. Thank you :)

Every place we visited... - Every place we visited was well worth the tour. Our private tour guide Neil was exceptional! He gave us great recommendations at the whiskey distillery for what to order, at the gift shops for the best souvenirs. He was so knowledgeable about every place we visited and knew Scottish history. As a native Highlander you could tell he loved his country. He was very accommodating for special requests we had on the tour for special things we wanted to see. We also loved his bagpipe solo!

Excellent way to see Inverness and the surrounding areas - This was a fantastic tour, and customizable to our group. We were able to add on a castle when one of the distillery’s was closed. Niall was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. I cannot recommend this tour enough!

Inverness area experience - I highly recommend this trip with Niall. Niall was very kind and pleasant throughout the experience. His knowledge of Scottish culture and history made everything we saw and did that much more enjoyable. He took the time to show us our family clan markers at Culloden. At no time did we feel rushed during the day. I'd love to come back someday and experience more of the Highlands with Niall.

Such a great and personable tour experience - My wife and I did a private tour with Niall and it was such a lovely experience. Niall has such a great knowledge of the area and it’s great to take in the views while getting its history, particularly from the perspective of someone who knows the area so well and so personally. The smaller tour group setting made it really feel like more of a conversational setting where you can have some great discussions as well, rather than just a scripted tour. He made the experience feel both like a professional tour, and at the same time like calling up a local and having them show you around their home town, which made it so much more memorable. And of course a demonstration of the bagpipes and scotch and gin tastings made it feel like a complete Scotland experience. Highly recommended if you are in the area!

Must see ! - Niall is absolutely great! Stops were amazing, a must-see. The half day tour was just enough time to get us out and back on the train. Thank you for your amazing hospitality. We will be back!!

Wonderful tour of Inverness-area highlights - My husband, son, and I were lucky enough to do a private tour with Niall last week. He was extremely knowledgeable and took us to see exactly the sights we wanted. We especially appreciated his knowledge of Culloden as he walked with us around the battlefield. He even provided an excellent recommendation for food once we got back to town and treated us to a song on the bagpipes before our tour was over. We’ll definitely be looking up Niall again if we get back to Inverness.
