Unforgettable, wonderful, 100% book this tour with Niall! We cannot thank him enough and already want to come back! - I did extensive research before booking 3 separate tours with Niall (1 for Isle of Skye, 1 for Loch Ness, and a private transport tour where he took us to Stirling and Edinburgh). Not a single other review held a candle to Niall's reviews, which is why we booked with him, and now I know why. He was by far one of the best parts of our trip to Scotland. I would rebook with him again in a heartbeat. Niall made our trip to Scotland so memorable, and we're so grateful we lucked out with him as our guide.
Niall's prices are completely reasonable (particularly for the length of the tours andv value of them) and worth it for the time, value, elimination of stress (no need to drive on other side of road), enabling us to relax, do some gin and whiskey tastings without concern for driving, but that is only part of the investment. By booking with Niall, you are also getting a benefit you wouldn't otherwise receive if you chose to drive yourself around beautiful Scotland- local folklore, extensive Scottish history, and everything in between. We thoroughly enjoyed all the scenery, suggestions for scotch whisky distilleries, the pace of the tours (we were never rushed), and all the laughter along the way (and there was a ton!).
Niall had golfing suggestions for my husband, great dinner suggestions (No. 27 in inverness) , made sure to get us to all our destinations/bucket lists places (4 different castles including Cawdor, Urquhart, Eilean Donan, and Stirling) introduced us to hidden gems on Islay of Skye (Torabhaig Distillery and Bride's veil waterfall), and gave us the history and background to fully round out our trip and give us a deeper appreciation for the places we visited (Culloden Battlefield for example).
We ended our Isle of Skye day by dipping our faces in the enchanted fairy pools (Niall lead the way by going first!), and toasting to a wonderful, beautiful day with Niall playing traditional Scottish bagpipes. Truly unforgettable.
Thank you so much for the wonderful memories and trip of a lifetime. We are already wanting to come back, and when we do, we will definitely book with Niall!

The Scottish Highlands done right - Niall was a terrific guide. He is very passionate about his homeland in the Highlands of Scotland and does a wonderful job showing it to his guests. He is very knowledgeable, entertaining, and extremely accommodating. This was my favorite experience after three weeks in Europe. I would highly recommend this tour.

- Excellent excursion from Inverness.,in great part thanks to Neal. Extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and fun, with a great sense of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed the scenery and stops despite a hazy weather. This is a relatively long road but nobody in our family (2 teenagers, 2 adults and 2 grandparents) ever felt bored. Neil is extremely knowledgeable on history, the regions culture or economy, and fun. We highly recommend him and the trip

Great private tour! - Even in the rain, we had a magical day on Skye with Donald. He picked us up at our hotel and drove us to all of the sites on Skye, and even a few extra stops. We got to explore Portree on our own and then ended the day with a bagpipe performance overlooking the highlands. It was a day we’ll never forget!

The wonders at Isle of the Skye - What an incredible day! Niall was a fantastic tour guide. He brought local legends and history to life. Started our day off with the famous Loch Ness, then two beautiful castles, some beautiful waterfalls, quaint colorful houses, and finally the incredible old man of Stor.
We also dunked our faces in the fairy water for eternal beauty!
The day was incredible and worth every minute. My daughter (20) and I enjoyed this day and would highly recommend it!

Amazing, Personalized Day - We did the Isle of Skye tour with Niall and it was the highlight of our Scotland trip. The views were incredible. Niall was knowledgeable and kept all 5 of us engaged throughout the tour. We truly loved it and can’t Thank You enough. It was a wonderful day.

Worth Every Penny - My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary in the highlands. We decided to avoid the large tour busses and big groups and go for a more private, intimate tour. Our driver Donald is one of the warmest and most thoughtful tour guides we’ve ever encountered. This tour met every bit of our very high expectations (based on many of the other reviews here). Donald tailored the trip to our wants and needs and was just an overall incredible ambassador to the highlands. Extremely knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, great company. We enjoyed our tour so much we booked another for Culloden and Clava Cairns the next day with Donald (which was every bit as good as this tour). Thank you to Donald for making our trip to Inverness and annniversary absolutely incredible!
