Fit for purpose. - After reading the negative reviews I was hesitant to book but we just wanted to see the dragon bridge performance and for the cost I thought how bad could it be for an hour. Well it was perfect, because at was good, view was good, service was good and staff polite but busy. Read the reviews again and I think those people bought the ticket for a river cruise. For the cost and what we wanted it was great, want a scenic river cruise pay an appropriate fee.

I think it's worth it - Maybe because there were three of us, we had a very nice seat outside. It also came with a drink ◎ We were able to enjoy the night view for about an hour and get close to the dragon breathing fire, so we were very satisfied. It was also nice that we could order cocktails.

Fun 1st Night Experience in Da Nang - Every site discussing things to see in Da Nang mention the bridges at night. This tour has them all. The boats are brightly lit up and fun to look at. The bridges are lit up and interesting architecture. The music on the boat was a fun mixture of 80s movies music and Vietnamese music and technopop. There was an included drink in the cost and you could buy more if you wanted. The 1 1/2 hour cruise was definitely worth the small cost and fun!

Boat trip - A nice boat trip, with a nice trip in the dark after 18.00. Good service on the boat. we had a dinner at an okay price. If there is anything negative, the journey could have been longer by about 1 hour.

Could be better - The dragon bridge Cruise was boring we were not allowed to sit upstairs as people had booked up there for dinner which wasn’t clear on application for cruise

Don't bother - This was a bit of a mess. Told to dock the boat at 7:45 for a 8pm departure. We sat in the port until 8:30 (for a 9pm fire show). I was sat at a small single table with an older couple. An attendant served them and not me, and when I followed up later about my free drink, she tried to charge me for it. The traditional dance was performed while people were still being seated and we hadn't left the port yet. The river is OVERLOADED with similar boats trying to get a view of the Dragon Bridge, so it's a race to get a good spot which we obviously didn't get. The show only goes for a few minutes so sitting on the boat for 90 mins didn't feel worth it. Only good thing was chatting to other guests on the boat. This would have been a better experience waiting on the bridge underneath the dragon head instead. This is just a tourist scam, don't waste your money, no matter how cheap the ticket is.

Aborted cruise - Left before disembarking. Totally disappointed, they had assigned seating and we didn’t like our location even though we were one of the first on the boat. Staff was not friendly, but this could have been a language issue. We definitely were not happy. Pass on the cruise and just walk across the dragon bridge for a great view of the fire-breathing dragon.

Poor customer service - Absolute joke booked tickets - travelled to area for boat then received a cancellation message from trip advisor - do not use trip advisor or this shabby outfit for the boat trip!
