Unforgettable Experience at Bana Hills – Even After the Rain! - We booked a Bana Hills tour for our group of 9 on August 25, 2025, and although the Kajiki Typhoon had us concerned, everything turned out better than we could have imagined. The travel agency was extremely professional: they kept us informed about the weather, park accessibility, and stayed in touch the entire time. Their support gave us the confidence to go ahead with the tour. The morning started with rain, but we decided to give it a try, and it turned out to be the best decision. As we arrived, the rain stopped, and the entire park was beautifully wrapped in misty clouds, creating the most magical scenery for photography and exploration. The guide was fantastic: knowledgeable, warm, and attentive throughout the day. And compliments to the driver, who handled the winding hill roads with professionalism and calm, keeping everyone safe and comfortable. We truly had a great time in this stunning place. If you want a seamless and memorable visit to Bana Hills, this tour is definitely the way to go. Highly recommended. Bravo to the whole team!

Amazing trip - When arriving at Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge, the first feeling that overwhelms you is the breathtaking beauty of nature and architecture. Standing on the Golden Bridge, feeling like you've entered a mystical world, where giant hands seem to cradle the shimmering golden bridge under the sunlight, giving the sensation of touching the sky. In the distance, you can see mist-covered mountain peaks, lush green forests, and the peaceful city of Da Nang at the foot of the hills.

Amazing feeling - Golden Bridge: The iconic “hands-holding-the-bridge” design has become globally recognized. It’s visually striking and offers breathtaking views. Cool Climate: Located at over 1,400 meters altitude, the weather is a refreshing escape from Đà Nẵng’s heat — often misty and dramatic. French Village: The faux-European architecture feels like stepping into a fantasy movie set — charming to some, artificial to others, but undeniably photogenic. Theme Park (Fantasy Park): A family-friendly area with rides, games, and indoor attractions. Great if you’re traveling with kids.

Loved the cool mountain weather and beautiful views. - Visiting Ba Na Hills was one of the highlights of our trip to Da Nang. From the moment we boarded the cable car — one of the longest and highest in the world — we were treated to breathtaking views of lush mountains and drifting clouds below. Nice guide taking photos for us!

Great trip - Well worth it for the views and comfort of a small group" We joined this small group tour with our 8-year-old daughter and had a great time. No crowded buses or rushed schedules. The guide made sure everyone was comfortable and gave tips to avoid long lines. The Golden Bridge was stunning, though it got foggy by noon. The buffet lunch was decent — not excellent, but okay for a tourist area. Highly recommend going early to avoid the crowds!

High recommend this tour - A magical escape from the city – perfect small group experience!" Ba Na Hills was absolutely worth the hype! The small group made the tour feel more personal and less hectic. Our guide was super friendly and gave great background info about the Golden Bridge and French Village. The weather was cool and misty, which added a fairytale vibe. Everything was well-organized — from hotel pickup to cable car tickets. Would definitely recommend if you want a stress-free day trip.

Very bad tour guide - I had a bad experience with the tour guide name NA CUTE who was not responsible and didn't follow safety etiquette to me.. I was sick and was there in restroom for 5mins and she left me in the hotel lobby all alone in an unknown country and I was charged 300 VND by a grab driver as I was as asking in help to reach the next destination in 10mins commended by the tour guide.. Is it the safety measurements you follow for a tourist to leave all alone in an unknown country.. she was so rude and didn't even realise her mistake.. there is totally loss of my money and my safety was at stake as she mind only group traveller not single traveler and if that in case she should have mentioned in prior that they are not interested in individual.. I condemn this act by her and pls be careful going forward for the other followers.. to the team pls do assign a guide who has empathy responsible and not money minded
