Fun few hours - Fun couple of hours for those who like chocolate or want to learn the basics. You walk away with plenty of chocolate and learn some cool things about Vietnams chocolate farms and trade. Small classes. Great for solo, couple and group travellers.

Great experience, it was such a joy. - We did a chocolate making class today and it was an absolutely outstanding experience. The instructor was so cute and told us everything about the entire process from growing the cocoa beans up to the point of chocolate making in a very informative and encouraging manner. Generally, the entire staff is really nice, extremely helpful and supportive. We had the opportunity to make a chocolate bar, pralines and chocolate balls with multiple options to decorate and to flavour them. One can choose from multiple toppings for the pralines, chocolate bars and balls like matcha powder, dried fruits, nuts and spices. The quality of the chocolate itself was really nice, you can definitely tell the difference to basic supermarket chocolate by just tasting their products which they make from cocoa which Alluvia grows itself on their own farm in the Mekong Delta Area. Besides, the shop and the workshop area were nicely decorated with explanative pictures and beautiful paintings. Above all, one gets offered a free drink which is included in the class package, I highly recommend their signature chocolate drink! In conclusion, I highly recommend attending one of their classes, it was such an educating and fun experience with some nice chocolate to try and the hands-on experience for a more than reasonable price what is hard to get somewhere else, especially if the staff is so friendly and kind. Absolute recommendation, it was a pleasure. If you have the chance to visit one of their stores you should do so, their chocolate is more than delicious.

Chocolate class done right (; - The class focuses mostly on chocolate making and is more a fun experience in creating/mixing your own personalized chocolate. But if you're a chocolate lover it's definetely a must! (: Lots of fun, also for families!

Unforgettably way to learn about Vietnamese cuisine, history and culture! - We loved our experience with Alluvia! We made a same day request for a chocolate making class and they accommodated us right away by creating a private class just for us (family of five). They were so kind and patient with our children and let them explore and taste everything! The staff were very knowledgeable about the chocolate making process but also catered our experience to be as exciting and fun as possible for three young kids. You’ll have fun no matter what age you are and learn a lot too! Highly recommend!

Very disappointing - We loved tasting the chocolates in this lovely shop. We stocked up before we went home and we therefore had a price. The purpose being to make gifts to my children and friends... We were there in March and I didn't see that there were dates on the back of the shelves and I was in perfect confidence...I couldn't offer these beautiful boxes because I discovered when I opened ours that the dates were past, I who am very looking at this, I was shocked and even if, and I don't know, a chocolate does not expire, I think chocolate is not as good. All this to say that out of respect for the people I wanted to offer them to, I could not offer chocolates with an outdated date, for me, it is impossible. May my bad experience be useful to you and that the managers of these shops be more serious since they are chocolates , normally, of quality, and expensive...
