To start the class we will enjoy the special herbal tea and hear the stories behind the popular cafés of Vietnam and their connection to the history and culture
Though it is brewed using a surprisingly low tech technique, with a little metal filter called a Phin (a version of the French press), the flavor is truly rich and deep. This class will make sure that you can work with our filter and the Secret Recipe of the master to make our beautiful coffee at home.
In this class you will learn about the process of coffee from crop to cup: Learn the steps needed to roast dark beans so that they mix perfectly with sweet condensed milk, which is an improvisation made due to the limitations on the availability of fresh milk at French colonial time.
We will make 5 different types of coffee :
- Traditonal black coffee
- Vietnamese happy white coffee
- Hue Imperial Salt coffee
- Ha Noi Capital Egg coffee

Awesome coffee class & fun hosts - My husband and I had such a great time, learning about and making vietnamese coffee.
The hosts were funny and helpful and were knowledgeable and we loved our gift and recipes we left with.

A great experience if you love coffee and fun even if you don’t. - I had a good time learning how to make 5 different coffees and I will definitely be trying these out when I get home. Friendly staff and somewhere cool to pass the time.

Coffee making - Love Vietnamese coffee so enjoyed learning the history of it and the making of 5 different varieties . Well instructed and organised by this family company . Class was large but yet teachers were all very attentive and kept checking on you .
Be warned though …. 5 coffees is a lot to drink !

A true delight of an experience! - The whole experience was a blast! You learn to make 5 different coffees, all of which are delicious!! The crew is fun and you gain knowledge that you can take back home and wow your friends and family with, haha. It’s been an unexpected highlight of the trip and I strongly recommend trying it out :).

Coffee making class ! - Highly recommend!! Was super cool learning how to make all the different coffees and taste them all while with a group. The teachers/hosts brought a great energy to the lessons and the atmosphere was very intimate and relaxed
