HoiAn Village Experience - We will meet you at the meeting point ( my house) and then welcome drink next to you will learn how to cook stunning Vietnamese dishes in a short time - only 2.5 hours.
Our Chef will prepare all ingredients. However, Chef will show you how to choose the best ingredients and their interesting Vietnamese name.
During the two-hour cooking class, you will learn to make some local dishes, such as deep-fried spring rolls, papaya salad, pork, or fish in a clay pot with steamed rice Banh Xeo (rice pancake with fresh salad). Our Chef is very friendly & enthusiastic to teach you how to cook some Vietnamese specialties and share valuable knowledge in cuisine culture.

Fun and delicious cooking class with Mr. Cu - This was the best cooking class in Southeast Asia so far. Mr. Cu was our teacher and not only did we make delicious food, but we had a lot of fun doing it. I highly recommend this tour - and it was great because it was JUST the cooking class - no other stuff included, just show up and cook!

This experience far exceeded my expectations. - I only did the cooking class, not the boat ride, but that sounded like a lot of fun. They were 16 of us with plenty of room and two excellent teachers. Food was probably the best I’ve had in Vietnam and plenty of it. It inspired me to want to go home and reproduce the recipes, which they did give us at the end of class. I have taken a lot of cooking classes and this was one of the best. Communication getting to the location was excellent. Highly recommended!
