Your journey begins with a bicycle ride to Thu Bon wharf on Bach Dang Street. There, you will board a local ferry for a cruise down the Thu Bon River, leading you to Tra Nhieu fishing village.
Upon arrival at the village, you will receive a concise overview of its history and the traditional crafts practiced there, such as agriculture, fishing, raising poultry and livestock, and the creation of sleeping mats.
Subsequently, you will join a seasoned fisherman on a boat to learn the techniques of net casting and the art of catching fish, shrimp, and crabs.
Afterward, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a leisurely lunch with signature local cuisine at a villager’s home and say goodbye to the friendly local fishers.
To conclude your excursion, you will pedal back to the wharf and return to Hoi An via boat.
