08:45: Upon arrival, guests will have a few moments to relax and enjoy a refreshing basil seed drink, a local favorite. Following this, they will be guided around the garden to explore various herbs and learn about their culinary and medicinal uses from the guide.
09:30: It’s time to experience farming. With guidance and support from local farmers, guests will engage in activities such as preparing and fertilizing the soil, raking, sowing, watering, and harvesting vegetables, among other gardening tasks.
10:30: After a short break and a relaxing foot bath, guests will participate in a cooking class. They will prepare a lunch featuring delicious dishes like Tam Huu (Three Friends) spring rolls and Banh Xeo (crispy pancake) with the chef’s assistance.
- Hoi An - 12:00: Once all dishes are ready, guests will enjoy lunch in a charming, airy setting. During the meal, they will have the opportunity to learn about Vietnamese dining etiquette and culinary traditions.
13:00: After leaving the welcoming family, guests will return to the ancient town and visit a lantern-making house. Here, they will observe the process of creating a lantern, from preparing bamboo frames to designing and decorating. Guests will then have the chance to make their own lantern to take home as a souvenir.
14:30: The tour concludes with a bike ride back to the hotel.
