WORTH THE PRICE !!! - It is kind of pricey but we went for it. The show is amazing and uses lots of manpower. It also have some kind of park where there are lots of food, lots of nicely lit instagramable sights. Did not regret Also had the tip that if book online can get some discount kind of difficult but our hotel help us book. Wish they had more translation as everything is in local language. They do have some translation but could be better if more

More than amazing with lovely staff - The absolute best. This show was simply amazing. Quite pricy but worth every penny. We went while it was raining and not even that could have made the show any less amazing. They even provided rain ponchos for everyone for free. Also the entire staff were the loveliest people (they even borrowed me a portable charger)

An excellent way to understand the history of a very unique place of Vietnam! - Just WOW! I was blown away by the scale of the show and actually felt like I was going back in time. It gave me a different appreciation of the area! It also rained pretty heavily at times but the performers pushed on through. A great show to help you understand the history of this very special place! Definitely gives you a wider appreciation of the local area. Well done team on the show!

Large scale entertainment - After watching a water puppet show while in Vietnam, Dear Husband had lowered his expectations ahead of the Hoi An Impression show, but even he was pleasantly surprised. The story of the history of Hoi An is told, and the scenes are explained on a digital board in English (and Mandarin, I think). The show is a grand scale spectacle, with around 300 performers on stage, usually in groups of 100 or so, large impressive props, gracefully choreographed routines and beautiful lighting effects. The island is a purpose built stage, perfect for the outdoor seating including fire dancing and laser light display. The theme park surrounding the amphitheatre seemed to be very pretty, although we raced through it on the way to the show, having not bought tickets for the theme park nor arrived early enough to appreciate it. Reminiscent of Australia's Wonderland in it's heyday (minus the rides) the buildings are thematic and attractive, again with pretty lights and decorations. I hear there are some shows and displays that take place here during opening hours. Purchasing the ticket was easy online via the website, although we were only happy to give our credit details once the site transferred us to onepay, since the impression website itself did not have a security certificate. The ticket confirmation was emailed to me, but I found information included quite scarce. Hubs and I were coming from Hoi An old town after dinner and walked for 25mins to cross the river, circle back to the access bridge via some very dark riverside lanes, and then with 6 minutes to spare were facing the trek over a brightly lit bridge to the island. Luckily there were electric carts at the gate ready to transport us over the bridge! After the show there was a boat service to get back across the river, and it would appear you could arrive this way too. It would have been helpful to have information about getting there included when booking. It is possible I missed something on the website, however having these details delivered via email with the tickets would have been very handy. All in all a very good show making a nice evening out, we recommend it for others visiting Hoi An.

Fantastic - Although it took the venue 30 mins to locate our tickets (something to do with Trip Advisor and the venues communication), it was a great show and would recommend it
