They will escort you to the Hoi An market, assisting you in interacting with local vendors and guiding you in the selection and purchase of high-quality ingredients for the subsequent cooking class.

The journey progresses from the market to a bamboo basket boat ride through the waterways of the Bay Mau Nipa forest. You’ll be surrounded by the serene beauty of the nipa palms and engage in crab fishing. It’s an amazing experience! You’ll have the opportunity to appreciate the scenic river landscapes of Vietnam’s countryside, observe traditional fishing techniques, and meet the friendly local fishermen.

Following these eco-friendly activities, you’ll be greeted at the restaurant to partake in a cooking session lasting approximately two hours with our chef. Once the class concludes, you’ll have the cooking recipe to take home, allowing you to replicate the dish in your own kitchen.
