09:00: Meet up at 626 Hai Ba Trung Street. Head to the local market in Hoi An, buying fresh products for the cooking class, learning about the way the Vietnamese shop.
09: 30: Take a break to have a cup of coffee at a local coffee shop, sharing your stories with others.
10:15: Head to Jolie’s house where you will be served a welcome drink by the lovely Jolies. After that, listen to stories about local life.
10.30: Time for cooking using the ingredients purchased earlier!!!
12.30: Enjoy your meals cooked by yourself.
13.00: Play guitar (if you can), and return to your accommodation by yourself.

Absolutely must do when n Hoi An - We had an amazing experience - seeing locally grown produce, shopping in the local markets and finding out about all the different foods available . We had a much welcome coffee stop before heading back to the homestay for our cooking class .
Hanna and the amazing team made the whole experience such good fun for our small group. We got hands on cooking several Vietnam Dishes - and then eating all our delicious cuisine . It was incredibly good value, amazing fun and absolutely 💯 % recommended - a chance not to be missed .

Fantastic Cooking Class - Absolutely fantastic cooking class, walking around the market picking up ingredients, going for a wonderful coffee and back in the kitchen to cook 4 delicious dishes and fruit dessert. Hannah & Kathy were outstanding hosts and brought so much knowledge, joy and happiness into the class. 100% would recommend.

Most beautiful experience - We had the most wonderful day, with a visit to a local vegetable garden by the sweetest lady, shopping at a market and cooking. The food was the best we have tasted in Vietnam. Rossie who was our boss was simply the sweetest - great recommendation from here

Cooking with Jolie was the best! - This is the best cooking class I have done and I have done a few over the years! My parents and I loved Kelly and her cousin Hannah - they were such great hosts in Jolie's home. The market tour was very informative, we tried some local food from there before the coffee stop for local coffee. The four dishes we cooked were so good & we now have the recipes for future. They made it extra fun with flipping and throwing vietnamese pancakes, peanuts with chopsticks, and lots of laughs. Great English which helped to teach us the local tips and tricks. I highly highly recommend these guys!

So much fun!! - I absolutely loved this experience! It was so much more than I could’ve imagined. Rosie introduced us to many new foods and skills at the market. We then all had a great chat at a cafe. The cooking was so stress-free yet informative. We sang, danced, played games and ate the most delicious and fresh food that was certainly made with love from everyone. I’m looking forward to sharing my new cooking skills with friends and to recommend this class to anyone who visits Hoi An!

Cannot recommend enough - We found Jolie’s cooking class by online reviews and were not disappointed! We spent the day with Jolie’s lovely cousin Rosie (Dung) who has phenomenal English and so much knowledge to share! The markets were a great experience, the coffee was delicious and the dishes that we made were ones I will genuinely cook at home!

Delicious and fun experience in Hoi An - It was a fantastic cooking class, visit to the market and coffee. We learned a lot about vietnamese cooking and culture! Rosie did fantastic job to teach us how to cook traditional vietnamese dishes!
All in all it was a delicious and fun day in a very cosy and privat atmosphere!
100% Recommendation if you are looking for a cooking class!!

Amazing cooking class - I loved the experience, and I really recommend it to everyone! Rosie and Hanna were the best cooking teachers and we had so much fun together. We made four dishes and all were absolutely delicious.
