The best experience ever <3 - The cooking class in Caman village was the best choice we made in Hoi An! Everyone was very welcoming and the village and the garden was so beautiful <3 Our teacher Chao was the best! She was very professional and patient with our kids:) She explained every dish step by step so we can also enjoy the process of cooking. Highly recommended for families!!

Lovely experience - My cooking class experience was incredible! The time flew by while I absorbed everything like a sponge. Learning at the organic farm and in the kitchen was fascinating, and the delicious food we made fueled our fun. The setting was idyllic, and the teacher's clear instructions made even complex dishes seem achievable. Rolling rice paper like a pro felt amazing, especially considering I was a culinary novice before! Now, I can whip up a couple of stunning Vietnamese dishes that leave everyone impressed. The quick market visit was an eye-opener, showcasing the unique local ingredients that make Vietnamese cuisine so special. The whole experience left me feeling enriched and eager to explore my newfound culinary skills!

Very impressive experience!! good memorizing ^^ - The chef, chao, the cooking class teacher, was best for our family. She is very kind and professional for her job. We could learn some Vietnamese food sept by sept. Especially!! To make rice paper for rolling in traditional type is so impressive!! Joining the cooking class was such a precious time in Hoi An. We took a lot of very beautiful color of photo. strongly recommended!!

Trust me, your taste buds will thank you. - You HAVE to try the Caman Village cooking class in Hoi An! Seriously, it was the absolute highlight of my Vietnam trip. We spent the afternoon learning to cook with fresh, organic produce straight from their garden, and everything we made was next-level delicious. The whole experience was top-notch. The instructors were super friendly and patient, even when I kept messing up my spring roll folds (oops!). Their little assistants were adorable too, running around giggling and helping out. It was so much fun! Whether you're a seasoned chef or just a kitchen newbie like me, this class is perfect for everyone. You'll learn all about Vietnamese cooking techniques and ingredients, plus you get to eat all your creations at the end bonus points for that! Seriously, I left that class feeling like a total pho-master (okay, maybe not quite, but I did impress my friends at dinner!). So yeah, if you're in Hoi An and looking for something fun and authentic to do, skip the tourist traps and head straight to Caman Village.

It was a lot of fun and informative - I had a great time at the cooking class here. It was a lot of fun and informative to learn how to cook traditional Hoi An food during the cooking session. I'm a vegan, and I signed up for a class alongside my omnivorous teenage son. In the lesson, there were around ten of us. Staff members were really efficient in setting up, cleaning, and moving the process along so rapidly that we didn't notice when we were finished cooking.

Beautiful cooking class - Beautiful organic garden in the Vietnamese village. You pick your herbs and fruits from the garden. It was really interesting experience to cook Vietnamese food. Mr Hieu and Mrs Phue were very helpful and showed us all the secrets. After cooking class we had a nice dinner. Recommended !

If you want to learn Vietnamese food with organic herbs, this is the place - Due to the rain, there were only 5 of us, yet the teacher still taught extremely attentively! We're learning how to make traditional Vietnamese foods. She described the flavors of each dish to us. How to season and prepare organic products is all part of cooking skills, which is why I appreciate the class! If you want less sweetness and don't respect the content of the class, don't attend!  It was wonderful; I went alone and met new friends! The cooking session was enjoyable, and this team were charming. Would absolutely recommend.

Wonderful time cooking with Thao & Hieu - We had a wonderful time learning about Caman Village , its beautiful food and having the opportunity to cook and learn from Thao and Hieu. The food was absolutely delicious and we can’t wait to make each of the dishes for our family and friends when we head home. The best day spent in Hoian - We had the most incredible afternoon here . There are an abundance of cooking schools in Hoian but this one is an absolute gem . Our hosts were so informative , we learnt about Vietnamese life and culture as well as learning to cook and enjoy the most incredible food and herbal drinks that we prepared in a lovely open air village setting. The organic vegetable and herb gardens were mind blowing and Caman village are a wonderful example of implementing sustainability practices . A special mention must go to Hiue for the adventure to the markets and the wonderful Thao who taught with patience and kindness , never rushed and who has a true love of food and cooking and was happy to share that knowledge with us , she was a very generous teacher . A special day in a beautiful setting with wonderful people .
