Loi, you rock! - Loi was great, offering us a great tour and fun facts about Ba Na Hills as well as Da Nang and Hoi An. All over my trips and tours I have experienced I can truly say that he is by far the best tour guide I have ever met! Truly passionate about what he is doing and fun and enjoyable person.

The Amazing Ms Hiep - We booked three days of private tours with Ms Heip at a fraction of the cost of the cruise ship. The first day we visited the tunnels. Alice was our guide, she spoke fluent English and was very passionate about the history. The trip was very good. The second Ms Heip took us herself to the Golden Bridge another excellent tour and a five star lunch included. Our final tour with Jack was a taxi to our seaplane tour then onto the Markets and the Great Pagoda. Another amazing adventure.
I am sure Ms Heip doesn’t sleep. Her attention to detail is amazing. No matter whatever she will answer within minutes. We even recommended her to others on the ship and they also had great experiences.

Remember a nice trip - The private BaNa hill tour package we chose is highly recommended if you are not fond of groups and prefer to navigate your tour schedules and activities according to your choice.
Our guide🏊♂,Ms.Kim Thoa was really friendly,cheerful and remained with us in every step of the tour,even navigating our activities to ensure a smooth experience.
As it was a private tour,we could skip some activities which we thought was not worth it and focus on utilizing our time to experience the best of the tour.
The driver with us was also good. He is very skillful. He drove safely in bad weather.
Our guide Ms.Kim was happy to oblige by our choices,which we thought was appreciable.
To sum up,the private tour package is really a value-for-money experience and is a must try if someone prefers the smoothness of the experience rather than the cost of it.

An absolute must do! - A great experience not to be missed. Well organised by Ms Hiep, a good competent friendly driver. The car was very comfortable and air conditioned picking us up and dropping us at our hotel.
The guide spoke excellent English, very knowledgable, happy friendly, patient and considerate to our needs.

Private car, cable cars and buffet - Anh was an amazing guide and driver. He made the day so stress free as he helped us negotiate the overwhelming crowds, assortment of of activities and sites.
The buffet was on steroids. Seriously a must. Cable cars offered fantastic views. A wo derful day.

Trustworthy and reliable services. Amazing experience at Bana Hills - There are so many things to see at Bana Hills, the French village is so realistic and the weather was cool and comfortable. It’s a perfect respite from the hot weather in danang.
The tour coordinator sent me the QR code ticket the night before for the cable car. I totally forgot and went to purchase another ticket at the counter. It was purely due to my mistake. I paid the driver again for the ticket given this was purely my mistake and the QR ticket clearly says that it is not refundable.
After raising it to Ms Hiep, she was so helpful and helped me check with the tour company. She refunded the ticket price to me and had to travel from Hoi Ann to Danang to refund me the cash. I truly appreciate this. She was so patient in waiting for me, i was having breakfast and missed her call. She has such good attitude and i am truly grateful for the services and help rendered.
Very trustworthy and reliable tour company that i would strongly recommend to family and friends!

Bana Hills must see Hoi Anh - This outing is a must see. It was a great day out with much to see and do. Going on a private tour gave us the luxury of doing everything in our own time. Our driver Ni understood and spoke English and was willing to stop on the way for whatever we requested. He was on time for pickup and departure and very friendly. The car was comfortable and clean.
