Before this period, there was here also traces of Champa port which was known as a site on Silk Road along the sea. Great Tour - Great tour and a perfect way to see Hoi An. Our group loved the basket boat ride and the lanterns at night while also learning about the history of the town and seeing a few key historical spots. Our guide was very flexible allowing us the option to stay and explore the city longer before driving us back to our hotel. Would book this tour again and will recommend to all our friends!

Basket Boat Ride - We took a guided tour to the coconut village and ride on the basket boat ride. We had such a marvellous time and it is one of the most memorable activity we did in Hoi An. It is a must try. We had good weather and it was very entertaining with singing and dancing. Our boat rower was fantastic and helpful. He even got down onto the river to capture our photos. The scenery was also so serene and good

not worth it - we all do tours in foreign lands because we want the guide to explain us things in english and help converse with locals as we do not understand the language . the guide on this tour didnt come with us on both the most important parts i.e basket boat ride and the hoian boat ride citing being scared of water in one and it not being part of the package in the other . so effectively he was just a walking guide through local markets and streets . frankly a little expensive for just that so the tour is not worth 85 USD per person i think there will be better and cheaper tours that effectively offer just a average walking tour guide and car transfer . suggestion to the tour company for 85 USD - get your customers to experience the tour totally send the guide on the boats to explain contexts send guides who speak fluent english , add some special local food ( ban mi ) and suddenly u will have a great tour .
