Participants can create a 70% dark chocolate 30-gram bar, with a small additional fee for 85% - 100% dark chocolate or milk chocolate. They can also choose various inclusions to personalize their bars, select fillings, and decorate pralines or truffles.
- Kindly be noted that the classroom is cool ~ 16-20⁰C. You might want to bring a light jacket or wear long sleeved shirt
