Fantastic experience - Great experience, fortunately I decided to do it. The ice cave is really amazing, the guide very knowledgeable, took us even to smaller and darker areas, not only in the largest part, blue and spectacular. Recommended.

Good guides make all the difference! - The tour exceeded my expectations and I think in large part is was due to the enthusiasm and professionalism of our guide, Christina (from Czech). She led the team evenly and knew exactly how much to push us to get the most out of our tour. Her love for climbing and outdoor activities is contagious! Expectations were well communicated and equipment was in good shape. Would definitely do another tour with Glacier Adventures. Thank you!

Highlight of my trip to Iceland - This was a fantastic tour lead by our guide, Christina, who was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly passionate about both the ice cave and glacier. Visiting the cave was a surreal experience, not to be missed. Hiking on the glacier required a moderate level of fitness. Christina was excellent at finding us special nooks and crannies on the glacier. Helmets, head lamps and crampons were all provided but it was BYO snacks. Water proof gear was not necessary on our trip but we were lucky with the weather, no rain or wind. I was probably dressed too warmly, with my thermals under my outerwear but it comes down to personal preference.

Amazing Adventure that Exceeded our Expectations - We had an absolutely brilliant time on this tour! Danna was an amazing guide. The entire day absolutely exceeded our expectations. We were expecting a walk on a glacier, but instead we had the opportunity to repel into a moulin, explore ice tunnels and hidden waterfalls, and really get to know the glacier. We can't recommend this experience highly enough!

Don't miss this when in Iceland. Awesome experience - Incredible experience. Loved the ice cave. The staff was very helpful and informative. Our guide had a dry sense of humor and was pretty entertaining and he was FABULOUS with kids. We didn't do the Katla ice cave, so it's hard to compare, but based on pics, I'm glad we chose this one. Plus, it was right next to Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon which is breathtaking. We stayed at the Fosshotel Glacier Lagoon nearby and it was the best hotel we stayed at in all of Iceland.

Great experience! - I signed up for a 6-hour glacier adventure, and it was an amazing experience that I’ll never forget. Especially our guide, who told us to call him Jim. I’m so grateful to him—he was so kind and patient.
