Amazing experience - Amazing experience! One of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. We had a great guide, kind and patient, no rush in the cave, we had enough time to take a picture and enjoy the view. The road to the glacier was so fun! Definitely recommend!

Great tour! - Beautiful spot with amazing ice cave formations that are truly something you can only see once in a lifetime. Bus ride was overall smooth and we did not feel at all in any danger during this tour.

Ice Cave amazing-ness with Mr. B! - We had an AMAZING experience with Mr B. His name started with a B but it was difficult to roll the “r” so we simply called him Mr B. 🤣 My husband and I did this tour with my 80 year old mother-in-law and 8 year old son. I was worried that it may be too hard for them but Mr. B was kind and patient and made sure we all had a wonderful time. The jeep was soooo fun going over crazy glacier roads and the actual ice cave was beyond beautiful. This was so worth it and I am so grateful that we got to see this before it changes by next summer. Thank you!!!

Tom and Jerry - We brought our 8 year old son with us on this tour. He might have been the youngest on the trip, but he loved it, and he was engaged with the tour guide. Our tour guide (Tom) was phenomenal! We were called the Tom and Jerry crew, and he was so knowledgeable. He told us more than just about the glacier, lagoon, rivers, and cave, he told us more about Iceland.

A magical terrain and beautiful sunset! - The company was great and the tour guide was great! We had a large group and they took their time on us. Overall a great time.

Great but expensive - The cave was beautiful and the drive out was fun. Our tour guide Kristian was knowledgeable. The tour was about 2 hours long and for about $190USD (26,000 ISK) per person the tour was short and not super spectacular.

VIATOR worst company - VIATOR sell the same tour with different names and different prices, they don’t response for what they sell.

No one led us into the tour - We didn’t join into this tour. Our car broke down because of the snowstorm and we couldn't start in time. We contacted the tour guide team in advance to inform them of the special situation and that we would do our best to get to the meeting place as soon as possible. On our first call we were told we could wait for 30 minutes, but when we arrived there was no one waiting for us. We couldn't join the group at all, and we couldn't get a refund, which was due to the unexpected extreme weather. We have already informed in advance, and the most important thing is that it is not stated in the purchase policy that if we are late, we will be deducted the full amount and will not be served anymore. It took us two and a half hours to get to the scene and we got nothing. We spent over seven hundred dollars in expensive fees for no service, and this is not our responsibility, it is the force majeure factor of extreme weather. We are so disappointed and upset. We require to get a refund.
