Best birthday ever on La Gomera! - Lovely excursion to a beautiful island for my 50th birthday. We met at the harbour as we weren't on the pick up route, parked on a road nearby for free. At the harbour we met the guide Francisco who explained the plan and where to meet once off the ferry, and took our dinner order. Ferry was great, lots of food and drinks choice and very reasonable prices. We stood outside for a bit and saw a Pilot Whale, Dolphins, and a Turtle. Once there we got on the coach and were treated to a fantastic island tour, stopping at many areas of outstanding beauty to take photos, Fransisco was always on hand to take full family photos. We went on a woodland walk in the ancient Laurel forest and then set off to the restaurant for lunch. The restaurant and its views were breathtaking. As it was an included dinner my expectations were relatively low. But the food was great. I had the fish with canarian potatoes, and then ate my kids' beef. Water and wine was included. The service was slick, and there was some time to enjoy the views, and get a coffee in the bar. Then some more winding roads and photo stop offs, before arriving in San Sebastian where we had around an hour to explore. I'm not usually one for shared transport, but this coach tour was truly excellent and gave me a dream birthday I'll never forget. And as for La Gomera, I'm hopeful of going there for a holiday as there's just so much to explore and it's got a very traditional vibe.

Well organised with fantastic scenery. - Great trip, with fantastic views. Fantastic guide, Laura. Meal was average, but a nice break. Possibly you could be doing with a longer break on san Sebastian. Worth it for the scenery.

Excellent day! - The day was excellent! We were picked up on time, the ferry journey was great. The tour of the island gave a lot of information and the views are spectacular. We stopped off for lunch which we expected a small meal it was quite substantial a nice surprise! The ferry back and drop off were great. Most of all the tour guide, Fernando, was excellent!!

Interesting but with lots of bus and very bad food - Interesting, but better and cheaper to do it on your own. Lots of bus to see magical landscapes. The lunch included is non-smoking.

Beautiful island, presentation however expandable - Well organized excursion. We would have liked a little more passion and enthusiasm from the guide. We are aware that he probably does this tour daily, but a monotonous jelly down is not nice for the participants for whom this trip is unique. The island is magnificent and definitely worth seeing!

Virtually just bus travel - We were picked up at 07:30 from our accommodation by bus, the ferry then left only at 09:30. So we already had a lot of empty time here (if we had gone to the ferry ourselves it would have taken 20min from our hotel...) After the ferry we continue with the bus. If you just like looking out the window and want to admire the landscape like this with some facts of the guide (in several languages) by the way, then you will definitely like this. The stop in the national park impressed us all very much. The forests are super beautiful. Unfortunately, you could only enjoy this time very briefly and already we went back on the bus. Also in the San Sebastian you only had about 20min to walk around alone before you had to go back to the ferry (departure 17:30). The bus driver was really great. The road is extremely narrow with many curves. The guide was very friendly and also tried, but it gets a bit monotonous after a while.

(Very) express tour of La Gomera - What about this excursion? If I couldn't have put any stars, I would have. Even though La Gomera is beautiful, the experience with our guide Fernando was disastrous. For starters, the excursion was much shorter than expected. It was announced from 8am to 8pm but in reality it was from 9:30am to 5pm. Moreover, it was planned in French especially, but the guide made us understand from the beginning that speaking in French for 2 people bothered him. Comments in French were much less detailed than in other languages, if not absent. Then we did not see all the sites advertised in detail of the excursion, although we waited for 1h15 in an uninteresting place (children's playground). And finally, our transfer to our hotel was not ensured, our guide asked us to walk home, claiming that it would be faster. In short, do not hesitate to visit La Gomera but flee this guide.

Waste of a day - Absolute waste of a day, the scariest bus ride ever around the mountains, then to the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to, don’t expect a decent meal because you will be even more disappointed. I feel like I’ve wasted a day of my holiday. My advice is spend your money on something else

Bad transport, Carrefour wine - To write my opinion we will go in blocks: 1) Outbound transportation to Los Cristianos: the bus driver was already in bad milk in the morning. We understand that it is forbidden to upload drink and food, and in fact, we threw the NEWLY PURCHASED coffees in front of him and wanted to go up with our REUSABLE and EMPTY plastic cups. Rather aggressively and unpleasantly, he threatened not to LET US ON THE BUS and that if we did not agree to throw the reusable cups in the trash, to take a taxi. In the end we went upstairs after telling the girl who came to check we were coming upstairs to give us a claim sheet. 2) Arrival at port: We had to look for life ourselves to reach the meeting point, as no one was waiting for us when we got there. We were picked up at 6:30am to catch the 9:30 ferry. Very badly managed. 3) Ferry: fantastic. Cheap drinks and very nice inside. 4) Guide and route: Francis and Jonay were professionals out of 10, great. 5) Food: small amount, but delicious. The wine (which you expect to be from the land) was a La Mancha tempranillo of 4€ a bottle in Carrefour. The “demonstration” of the rubber whistle in the restaurant is summed up by the name of the islands and indoors, so apart from going deaf, it’s not worth much more. 6) Coach tour: in an oven without air conditioning (although we protest from the start). Several passengers were dizzy and many of us got off before our stop because we were suffocated. Bottom line: the beauty of the excursion has been blown up by coach transports. A good way to break an experience of almost 90€ per person.
