- The Viking Games - Upon your arrival at the centre, I will be there to welcome you and engage in a casual conversation. Subsequently, I will provide an overview of the activity and detail all the essential safety measures that are in place.\n\nWe offer an assortment of bows that cater to both left-handed and right-handed archers. Participants will start shooting from a distance of 10 meters from the target and, upon my approval, will progress to the 12.5 meter mark.\n\nThroughout your experience, we will engage in various archery contests to determine the day’s sharpshooter, who will earn the privilege of sitting on the Viking Throne.\n\nOur archery range is perched atop the hills of Herefordshire, boasting spectacular views of the Black Mountains and the surrounding landscape.

Fun, bonding with family, challenging, friendly competition with others, great for kids aged 11+ - Coming second in our friendly competition was a surprise having not done archery since childhood! Kevin was informative and friendly, and gave clear instructions. My son, 13, loved it. You can book for other activities too. The other family in our group booked archery followed by axe throwing! Kevin was generous with time and gave us longer than the booked hour.
Tip - definitely wear wellies or walking boots in winter/wetter months. Super muddy. Trainers will get wrecked!
