Arrival instructions:
After luggage pickup, please proceed OUTSIDE the airport and look out for your driver; he/she will be waiting at the only exit of the airport holding a customized airport sign with your name on it.
If by any chance you can’t find your name, just go to the airport’s only coffee shop and contact us directly via Call, iMessage or WhatsApp at +506 87224778. There is FREE WIFI at the airport.
⚠️ Early arrivals: We work based on the original flight landing time you booked with us, if you are landing earlier please send us an advice notice & wait for your driver at the coffee shop outside the airport terminal.
⚠️ Bear in mind that gratuities for your driver or guide are not included in the total amount billed. The suggested amount for each service is between 15 and 20% depending on your level of satisfaction.
⚠️ Services that require after-hours (from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM) pick-up and/or drop off, will have an additional fee based on the distance and travel time.

IMPORTANT*
Our topmost priority is to ensure you are served by a trained, certified and, if possible, bilingual driver. Due to high demand during your travel period, all our bilingual drivers are almost fully booked. However, rest assured that even our non-bilingual drivers will respond to basic English instructions like restroom or market stops. They can also utilize our van’s WIFI for translator services or contact our central office for further help. Keep in mind, there still remains a chance that you may have a bilingual driver if there are cancellations or scheduling changes, freeing up a driver’s availability.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
