Approximately, the bus trip to Chania will take 3 hours. - Chania Town - Our groups will have 2.5 hours to wander around the beautiful Venetian streets and neighbourhoods of this picturesque town of Greece. Walk through its roads full of little shops, markets and local restaurants around the picturesque old port.

Lake Kournas - Bur Drive from Chania to the Lake: 1 hour
We will visit the lake of Kournas for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
The largest natural lake of Crete reflecting the White Mountains gives you the sense of an Alpine landscape. Grab the opportunity to hire a pedal boat for a lovely ride around the lake, swimming and enjoying a meal in one of the little tavernas (not included) -
Rethymnon Old Town - Bur Drive to Rethymnon will take 20 minutes.
Visit Rethymno and its picturesque venetian town. Enjoy 1.5 hours to walk along the old port and beautiful oriental beach road of the town. -
Heraklion - Bus Drive back to Heraklion: 2 hours
Embarkation in the buses and drive back to the hotels where we gathered participants in the morning.
Depending on traffic and on the pick-up places of each one, the time of journey back to the hotel will differ .

Beautiful day out - Another great trip from this outstanding company
I was in Koutouloufari, the mini bus transfer was on time, all the drivers are so friendly, and helpful. We then transferred into the larger coaches, The guides were so knowledgeable and interesting and each trip I went on I learned something new.
The relaxed atmosphere and the stunning scenery made these days out so worthwhile
Rethymno and Chania are both so beautiful and well worth visiting, and I could have stayed longer
The whole day was truly special

Very complete and well guided tour - The experience was really excellent. Visits to the different villages and the lake were very interesting, but what made the difference was Elisabeth. Throughout the journey, which was quite long, he was sharing cultural and historical explanations, as well as very useful recommendations. Their dedication and enthusiasm made the tour much more enriching and enjoyable. It was definitely a very nice experience that I would recommend.

Beautiful Day Trip - A well-organized and relaxing tour! Chania was absolutely fantastic — full of charm, with beautiful narrow alleys and a lovely Venetian harbor. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere at Lake Kournas and had plenty of free time to explore the picturesque old town of Rethymno. Highly recommended!

The tour guide was great... - The tour guide was great . Very interesting, informative and knowledgeable. Just a little difficult following the directions to go to certain sites. Overall it was a great experience. Lovely towns with architecture and shops.

Chania, Lake Kournas and Rethymno Tour - Chania, Lake Kournas are interesting sites and Rethymnon, a small architectural gem. The quality of the support of our French-speaking guide and our driver contributed greatly to the success of this excursion. One downside: the time spent in Chania and Rethymnon was too limited. A big THANK YOU and happy summer to all.

A great day out. It was a... - A great day out. It was a rainy day for us which ruined the vibe a little bit but the tour was still well run, organised and kept us going all day. You get to see three different sites across a wide area!

Good trip! - Great stops, each with about 1.5hrs to freely walk around, cute little cities. I really enjoyed the tour and essentially needed some means of transport. It was a large coach, not a small scale or personal experience.
Weirdly enough, while possibly about half of the group was French speaking, explanations were in French and then less detailed in English.

reality on the ground - The super nice guide. She was stopped by a traveler (2 meters tall - 130 kg style tree feller) we think he is American. He was accompanied by his wife. He was grumbling about the guide because she spoke too much in French what it takes and then he turned around on me and in English he told me it's my wife in a car because there are 50 people obviously I don't see very well or so have to close his eyes so I invite viator to check with the economic operator and guide the identity of this client because he disturbed strongly all my day

If you have a delay they are gone without you - If you are delayed because you have lost your way, bad luck with your boat, ... which can always happen because you are in an unknown place then the bus leaves without you..
Yesterday we experienced that we had bad luck with our boat and because of that we were 10 minutes late plus 5 minutes searching where the bus is, we went to the taverna where the bus had dropped us off and there we are told that they have already left without us. Luckily those people had the number of our guide so we had the opportunity to contact her. She says she called us but we have since received nothing.. there we were in an unknown place, 3 hours away from our stay.. there are no buses available so the only option was a taxi.. a taxi to the next stop was €80 and a ride to our stay was €180... we just expected better communication, sorry this happened. I hope there's no one who has to go through the same thing as us.
