Colourful and historical fun - Christina out tour guide was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and proud of her island. She had amazing facts and suggestions for other places to go. She ran the whole day efficiently and everything ran like clockwork. She was very warm understanding and had a great sense of humour too. We all loved our day out and so glad we booked the tour. We are going to return to Crete next year and will look to book another tour. Christina was what made the tour without her it would have been informative but she brought colour and sparkle to the ancient stories of Crete.

Very cute - Wander through the small streets to admire the houses and the hanging flowers. The center is very touristy but we didn't feel suffocated. There are all prices in the small stores, we brought back magnets for 1.50 euros as well as key rings for 1 euro. We also bought apricots and cherries, no taste...disappointed!!!! Very difficult to park, so we found the solution of parking near the museum in the supermarket parking lot. You will just have to buy something in the store (water for us because it was so hot) and keep the ticket and thanks to that the barrier will open.

Excellent tour, brilliant tour guide - Excellent tour of Knossos and Heraklion. Our tour guide, Soula, was superb - very knowledgeable, interesting and witty. Plenty of free time at the end of the tour in Heraklion to enjoy sightseeing, museum or shopping/cafe.

Historical Heraklion City tour - The guide was very knowledgeable about Knossos Palace. We went to the Archeological museum too (admission charges are on top). Went with 2 boys (13 and 11 year olds) both enjoyed the museum.

Nice trip - The bus arrived 10 minutes later and it was very confusing as to which bus was the right one, but the tour guide Kristina was very friendly and made the tour through Knossos and Heraklion very enjoyable. We then had a good 3 hours of free time and looked at the market, which was not quite as spectacular as we expected, and the harbor.

Worth visiting - Viator is a struggle in Crete. We did not get the information about the pick up time and missed the bus. The local travel agent got us a taxi and we met the bus in Heraklion. A great tour and a must do to understand some of the history. Not my favorite tour but glad we did it.

Informative tour guide great driver. Nice day out . - Very large vibrant city . Museum and Venetian fort lovely street markets fresh food and Greek souvenir shops. Large Venetian fountains throughout the city. We came from Sissi about 1 hour away but took two hours by coach because we had to negotiate small roads to pick up passengers on way.and the same going back .coaches we’re air conditioned and driven very well by drivers. All people of Crete are very welcoming and warm and friendly. We saw no violence or confrontation anywhere.
