Wonderful - We had a wonderful day. Of course, you have to be careful with the timetables but it is a matter of respect for other travellers and these are the constraints of any collective excursion. Everybody played along. The guide Elisabeth, a lady with short hair, fluent in French (but also Italian and English) , very cultivated and exciting allowed us to immerse ourselves in the history of this island. The swimming in the bay very well organized and finally the walk to Agios Nikolaos to end the day. We've learned a lot. I recommend. We found with pleasure our guide for a second excursion to Chania and Rethymnon. The prices were much more correct than those offered by the hotel. I recommend. Thank you again for these two wonderful days with this competition without forgetting the very professional drivers.

Great day trip - We had a wonderful day trip to Spinalonga with a stop at a gorgeous bay for swimming. We were conveniently collected from the hotel, and our tour guides Irini and Ester were very knowledgeable and accommodating for all our questions. Lunch on the boat was good and the little town of Agios Nikolaos was a delightful little place for a stroll before returning back to the resort. Can definitely recommend the trip.

Just great! - It was just great! From transfer, guide, swimming in the bay, eating on the ship and the many beautiful photos I have been able to take. And that for a wonderful day trip for only € 49.-. I would highly recommend it.

This was a fun and... - This was a fun and informative day. Learning about Spinalonga’s history was fascinating, and walking the island and port were the true highlights. Lunch was okay, the bay stop felt short, and the beach was crowded, but the port visit offered ample time and beautiful scenery.

Great day - Great day excursion well worth doing. Our driver, Zach was very good, friendly and helpful. He was punctual and the transport was kept clean. Spinalonga is a great place full of history. Niko agios was quaint and beautiful.

Spinalonga was the highlight - A good trip but very long pick up, took 3 hours from Heraklion with no chance of a comfort break. Also lunch on the boat was not until 2:30 so after a 7am start was a long wait. Spinalonga was excellent.

Disappointed, not enough time on Spinalonga food quite bad - We were picked up by a mad driver in a minibus who was scrolling his phone whilst driving and nearly hit a lorry. Thankfully we were dropped 10 minutes away at a proper coach. Spinalonga is fascinating especially if you have read 'The Island'. We felt there was not enough time to explore and could have done without the 90 minutes in Agios Nikolaos. Boat was very crowded and lunchtime was a free for all with nowhere to sit and eat. Vegetarian option was raw egg in a tortilla wrap which ran out on the salad. I probably wouldn't recommend this trip and would advise a straightforward no frills trip to Spinalonga. My husband enjoyed it more than me so probably fairer to give 3 and a half stars.

OK but wish we knew more - The hotel pickups took a long time, and there was a lot of confusion — no one seemed to know what was happening. The boat trip itself was okay, but there was no mention beforehand to bring a swimsuit, which would have been helpful. The tour also advertised a vegan meal option, but there wasn’t one — they just served the regular meal without chicken. I was a bit disappointed overall and didn’t realize we’d be sharing the boat with other tour groups, which made it quite crowded
