So much fun - Overall, amazing time! Our ATV guides Steve and Josh were great; super friendly and knowledgeable about what we saw on the tour, and great photographers and hype team. This was for my bachelorette and they took some great photos of our group and even hoisted me up on a tall rock for some really great pics! Not sure of their group size limit but there were 5 of us and it was just our group on the ATV tour, felt like a private tour which was really nice. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They also had snacks and water for along the tour, hit the spot.

ATV off roading trail - Tylar was our tour guide and was amazing. He led us through the guide with no issues and made sure to constantly check behind us to be sure to ride as a group. They provided us with snacks and water which was also useful and nice during breaks. He also made sure to get pictures for anyone that wanted them as well.

riding the Atv and the... - riding the Atv and the when tipping us over like a tea pot we enjoyed every minute of it. It was a blast to be there with my husband for our anniversary.

Such a unique experience!... - Such a unique experience! Very well organized and we felt very safe the whole time. The ATV’s were new and all the equipment they provided were in great shape.

Great tour Tyler was great - Tyler was a great tour guide took lots of pictures for us it was a pretty personal experience because it was only girlfriend and I on the morning tour Tyler was great very informative and educational while also having a good time! I highly recommend requesting Tyler for your tour guide!

10/10 would recommend - Tyler was an amazing tour guide and we had so much fun learning more about Vegas! It was a perfect getaway from the city and enjoy the scenic views Vegas has to offer. We will be back to drift some cars and ask for Tyler!

Awesome Experience - The staff here is amazing. They really make the experience fun and comfortable for you. The place has choices between go karts, riding in supercars, yes supercars like a Maclaren and ATVs/SSVs.

Good experience. - Great experience with the family, only issue the wait for before is over 30 minutes to start, the tour is more like one hour also once your return they made us wait another 30 minutes to checkout and get out liscense back.

Price misleading - Experience was great. Price was misleading. Originally bought 2 tickets and when I got to the place I was told it would be us sharing a ATV. to upgrade for 2 separate ATVs it would be an extra $218. Overall it was great, tour guides were great, ATVs were nice, but did not expect to pay over $400 for this experience.

Viator was the problem - The provider of this experience was excellent and professional. Our problem was with Viator. There was an obvious mis communication with Speed Vegas. I will break it down here. 1. There was not any information about how to check in and where. It simply said show up at Speed Vegas.. This led to us having to roam around this large facility asking other people. Not a big deal but a hassle that could have been easily corrected with a sentence or two. Additionally we were unaware that we had to pre read and sign a waiver. We could have easily have done this at home if we knew. 2. Speed Vegas could not locate our reservation . After searching for several minutes with other employees helping , they thought that my name was put on incorrectly. It was under Stevenson which isn’t even close to my last name. Then one of the employees said that Viator routinely does this… 3. Pricing issues, The Viator App clearly mis represented , or mis understood the correct price for this experience. Viators description displayed a price of $99 per person for a 90 minute ATV drive. After finding my reservation I was told that I had underpaid and the prices is actually $155 each’ I had to pay the difference at the counter for $110. They had to delay everyone else before we started so I could pay the difference . So in summary, I suggest that Viator re consider its communication efforts with the venue and offer a more complete detail of the experience including correct pricing, registration and expectations.
