Ice Floating - Fun to Experience - The weather was beautiful for our float. The service was top notch from start to finish. We had a private driver pick us up at our hotel which made the logistics very easy. We met up with the rest of the group at the float spot. It would have been fun to have been able to be in a bigger opening of water, but the conditions didn't allow for it that day and we certainly appreciated that the Redrib crew was concerned first about our safety. The gear was neatly organized, and we quickly were ready in our suits. We didn't feel rushed and got to enjoy the float as long as we wanted. A taxi came to take us back to Helsinki and was able to accommodate different drop off locations. In summary, it was exactly as we expected and it was a great way to start off our visit to Finland.

A unique experience - We had a wonderful time - it is a bit pricey but where else can you have this experience. Karl? drove us to the floating hole and gave us lots of interesting information on Helsinki. The suits made sure we kept dry and warm while in the water and floating was really relaxing - I did have trouble getting into the water but they kindly gave me a push to get me in. Robert? and the rest of the team were very helpful and friendly - I'm glad we chose to do this.

Once in a lifetime experience - We had an amazing time and was a unique experience. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, provided a nature walk, lunch over an open fire and tour in the hovercraft. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a different way to experience a beautiful area.

Safe ,fun and kind of scary - The fact that I could float on 0 degrees water which weirdly did not turn to ice plus I felt like a survivor and you can feel completely safe as the guide will help you if you need help and instruct you to enter the water

Amazing offbeat experience - What an amazing time! My son and I did the survival suit experience and had a blast. Was the perfect event to try something different than the usual tourist areas. Leif was a joy to be around and taught us a lot. I would encourage everyone new to the nordic culture and being around the sea to try this.

A great, fun experience (with a side of survival)… - Whist we were in Helsinki for Easter, we took the opportunity to undertake this challenge! The weather was good and wind was in our favor. Leif is an excellent instructor. As we are non-swimmers, he was assured us that this was no barrier to taking part in this experience. He was right! He provided all the gear we needed and gently guided us into the water. Within minutes, we were afloat and able to even relax! We had as much time as we needed in the water. It was a most uplifting experience. Equally fascinating were the insights and stories Leif told us about how the suits are used as part of lifesaving equipment (with very short times to deploy them in real emergencies). I could only imagine what that could be like after the leisurely time we had in comparison! Also, we were given lifesaving survival tips, which are invaluable. You can tell that Leif is a true professional with lots of expertise in this field. All in All, a fantastic experience and we would thoroughly recommend it to others. Thank you Leif!

A fun and unique experience - Really enjoyed this unique experience. Leif was a great instructor and guide. We had plenty of time in the water and the survival suits did their job and kept us dry and warm enough. It was quite relaxing just floating among the ice!

Survival suit experience in the Baltic, December 2022 - This was a fantastic and unique experience. We felt very safe under Leif's guidance and he gave us lots of information about the survival suits, sea rescue, ice conditions and equipment. We had plenty of time in the water.
