A tour that is choreographed well and at the right pace. - Freezing weather but warm experience with the tour. Driver was punctual in meeting with us at our hotel. For some reason, the other party on the tour did not show up. After waiting in the car for 20 mins, the driver took us straight to the ferry terminal and the boarding process was super smooth and easy afterwards. Local guide Julia was knowledgeable and conducted the tour with comfortable pace, and accommodating to our need for a stop at a coffee shop. We were picked up by a driver to go to the terminal for the return trip without any issue. It feels that communication between the travel agent and the local travel company in Tallin could be more timely.

One amazing day in Tallinn! - This was a great one day experience. I wasn’t sure how this was going to work but in the end everything went flawlessly. We were picked up early from our hotel and driven to the port. I had received my tickets for the boat the night before so all we had to do was scan the QR codes. The ship is huge! There’s no pre-assigned seating so we asked the concierge and they recommended deck 8. It was a 2 hour trip during which we bought snacks and drinks and sat in comfortable chairs. There were lots of entertainment choices but we opted out of them and just relaxed. When we are at Tallinn, the tour guide was waiting for us. We were driven to the old town and went on the 3-hour walking tour. It was bitterly cold but the tour was worth it. Tallinn is gorgeous and the tour guide did a great job. After the walking tour we went to a restaurant for a long lunch because it was cold and rainy. Three more hours later we met a transfer car at the spot the tour guide had indicated and were driven back to the port. We used the same QR codes to board the ship. We napped on the trip back to Helsinki and called an Uber to take us back to our hotel. A very long day but extremely worth it!! Highly recommend it. Now I think I’ll go back to Estonia for a longer trip.

Wonderful Estonia day trip - Had a fantastic time from the hotel pick up, to our guide Julia in Estonia. Surprised, pleasantly, that we were picked up upon arrival and also driven to the boat for our return.

Beautiful, gothic city with a knowledgeable guide, a flexible tour, and spare time at the end - The driver picked me and some of the other passengers up from my hotel. He drove us to the ferry and showed us the way to board the ferry. We boarded the ferry on our own, and it was a 2.5-hour ride from Helsinki to Tallinn. The ferry can get crowded, but if you wait in line early, you'll get a seat. There is plenty to eat, and the ride was smooth. A tour guide picked us up at the bottom of the ferry exit in Tallinn, took us to a bus, and then we started the walking tour. The walking tour went for a few hours. The tour guide was very flexible--often waiting longer to accommodate the wishes of other members of the tour. She took us to some excellent places to take pictures. At the end of the tour, we had some free time to explore the city ourselves for a few hours. The guide was knowledgeable and nice. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend to others.

Convenient and Fun Day Trip - This is a great way to see Tallinn if you’re in Helsinki. The ferry is very convenient. My tour guide was Roman, and he was both knowledgeable and nice. Tallinn is so picturesque. I enjoyed my time there.

Not the best experience. - I wouldn't do it again. But I think a large part of the reason I didn't enjoy it is because a freak snowstorm hit Finland and Estonia leaving about 5 inches or more of snow! It was cold, snowing, and I was soaked up to my knees! The town itself I felt was just a Mish mash of old and new buildings that really wasn't very exciting. Mostly cafe's, churches, and a few museums. Three hour walking tour was a lot out in the cold, snowy, sloppy weather. Then you are left with a few hours to yourself to explore. I sat in a Cafe until it was time to meet the driver to take us back to the ship. Which everyone rushes to get on and off and comfortable seating is limited. It was just way too long of a day, especially in that weather! You have to pay for a taxi to take you back to your hotel, which I didn't get back to until 940pm! I was picked up at 750am! So it was very tiring. I'm sure it would have been much better without the snow and mess! Don't really go by my opinion, I blame it on the weather. And also you are given too much time to explore a tiny city. I think I would get bored quick if I was able to walk around more.😕

Nothing extraordinary about the tour - Most memorable was just the mere fact it was our first time to visit the place. Took a ship before as part of the tour so this one is nothing totally different.

Waste of Money - Could not go on this trip because the driver did not come to my hotel as advertised. When I tried to go to the Helsinki port, they did not advertise WHICH Helsinki port to go to so I could not even find the ship and missed the trip as a result. Waste of money, do not throw your money away at this group.
