-
Seljalandsfoss - This amazing waterfall is a perfect start to our day, you can walk behind the waterfall and get that perfect view of the countryside through the water, just keep in mind that you can get sprayed with a little water when you go behind it :)
-
Gljufrabui Waterfalls - This hidden waterfall is a special stop, you need to walk through a little stream to get into the crevice that hides the waterfall but you can also sneak a photo of it from the outside
-
Skogafoss - This picturesque waterfall is one of the most photographed stops in Iceland and is truly a must-see. If you are feeling up to the challenge the stairs to the top of the waterfall have 527 steps so a nice workout but the view is completely worth it
-
Sólheimasandur - This used to be a black sand desert but is now covered in Lupine and when they bloom it is very beautiful
-
Solheimajokull Glacier - This glacier is receding at an alarming rate unfortunately but it is a great stop to see how that is up close and perhaps add a hike on the glacier as an extra option
-
Reynisfjara Beach - The black sand beach at Reynisfjara is one of the most popular stops on our tour, the basalt rock formations above and the waves hitting the rock formations in the water give this place a feeling of how the power of mother nature has an affect on life on our little island
-
Vik - This beautiful little town is nestled under the mountains with a stunning view of the glaciers on one side and the ocean and black sand beaches on the other
