The Best Possible Tour - We used Orvar and Premium Tours for our weeklong stay in Iceland. This was the best tour I’ve ever taken. Orvar was very knowledgeable and very witty. We covered the city, Blue Lagoon, Golden Circle, spent a night out at the glacier lagoon and Diamond Beach. We got to see the Northern lights twice and got fantastic pictures. He knew the best places to eat and even got us in to a couple places that were sold out. A great time. Can’t wait to go back.

The perfect guide to show us Iceland! - I can't say enough good things about this tour - it was an amazing tour day! Orvar picked us up from our hotel right on time and safely drove us out to our many stops, pointing out interesting sites and sharing details about Iceland along the way. And what sites! We saw waterfalls and beaches and volcanos and glaciers and....!!!! The list goes on and on. There wasn't one highlight of the tour because all were spectacular, especially with Orvar's education and humor to bring the stops to life. The weather changed for the worse after our boat ride around the Glacier Lagoon (add-on), and he didn't bat an eye when we dragged our saturated selves back into the car. We never once worried about our safety, despite the poor weather. From a practical perspective, Orvar made sure we had plenty of rest stops and drinks/food. He patiently answered all questions and was a wealth of information. We never suffered or worried about the length of the day which was quite long in retrospect. We left at 8AM and returned after 10PM. It didn't feel long because we were engaged the entire time. I would highly recommend this tour and company to anyone visiting Iceland! I have Orvar's business card and will be sharing his information with our friends who are drooling over the many photos taken during the tour! Book it - you won't be disappointed!

Amazing country and culture - We did several tours while in Iceland and all were with Iceland Premium Tours and all were excellent. Glacier Lagoon and the Ice Caves were certainly highlights. Iceland is an interesting and beautiful country and we were able to experience much of it even though it was winter. Orvar was our guide/driver all week and he was able to take us to the many spectacular sites on the island. Orvar was born and raised in Iceland and has great insight into its natural phenomena and its history and culture. He made sure we experienced some Icelandic traditions and often started the day with a local treat. We thoroughly enjoyed every day we spent with him and highly recommend him and Iceland Premium Tours for private or small group tours in Iceland.

Jokulsarlon - We are glad that we went on this trip and it gave us opportunities to learn the beautiful landscape of Iceland. Hats off to the driver Orvar who brought us back safe and sound during snow storm. Even tho he skipped 2 stops he allowed us to see icebergs in day light while the sun was shining. It was adverted for us to see 8 places but day light is only 5 and a half hrs. On top of that the weather changes in a min. They shouldn’t advertise something very impractical. There is no way anyone can see everything in 1 day . People like me had no idea about iceland so we thought it’s doable. But we are still very glad that we got to see the Icebergs and the Diamond beach. If i had known I would have went at 6 am straight to the iceberg, by the time you get there sun will be up and you can see all of the places they advertised .
