Driver was late - Our driver was 30 mins late picking us up. Which made getting through security and customs a stressful experience.

Failure to communicate start trip off on a bad note - I was promised an authorized mini van with the logo on it for "Pharaon." What I received was a small white car with no identifying markings, just someone holding a piece of paper with my name on it. I was traveling with my wife so I am more cautions when I travel with her so you can see the feeling I was placed under when I was expecting one thing and got another. I could not contact anyone to verify a change in vehicles because I did get in about 30 min later than expected due to a late takeoff. A simple text back could have rectified that so I could start my trip with less stress than I was put into. Needless to say we were not kidnapped and we made it to our destination. The driver was fine it was just the lack of communication between the company I booked with that will give me caution on using them again. I sent a correspondence while in route to the hotel to express my disappointment with no response so I chose to respond here to see if I get one.

Driver never picked us up - We never got picked up from the airport. We had to find our way by paying for another taxi. We were told that a driver fom Viator would be waiting with our names written on a boa4d. That never happened.

Stay away - Driver did not show up at the airport . I called and texted several times. I confirmed a day prior my flight information. I waited for 30 minutes . Do not book this . I should have taken the prior reviews more seriously. Waiting on a refund.
