Devprayag - On the way to Joshimath, the journey will pass through Devprayag, located in the Tehri Garhwal District of Uttarakhand, India. It is the last of the Panch Prayag (five confluences) of the Alaknanda River, where it meets the Bhagirathi River, forming the Ganges River or Ganga.
Traditionally, it is believed to be the place where sage Dev Sharma practiced asceticism, which led to its current name, Devprayag. It is one of the five sacred confluences in the hills and holds significant religious importance for Hindus.
Rudraprayag - Situated in Uttarakhand, Rudraprayag is one of the Panch Prayag (five confluences) of the Alaknanda River, where it meets the Mandakini River.
Kedarnath, a revered Hindu town, is located 86 km from Rudraprayag. The infamous man-eating Leopard of Rudraprayag, documented by Jim Corbett, once roamed here.
Karnaprayag - Located in the Chamoli District of Uttarakhand, Karnaprayag is one of the Panch Prayag (five confluences) of the Alaknanda River, at the confluence of the Alaknanda and Pindar Rivers.
Karnaprayag is believed to be the place where Karna from the Mahabharata worshipped the Sun God, and where Lord Krishna performed Karna’s cremation.
Trek to Ghangaria (10 KM, time varies based on physical fitness)
Ghangaria - Start the day early with a morning yoga session amidst a meadow of clouds. Prepare for a day filled with activity and adventure. Feel the stress melt away. After a delicious breakfast of local delicacies, transfer by off-road vehicle to Pulna Village (2134 m).
At Pulna, disembark and begin the trek to Ghangaria (2500 m). The trek follows a well-laid track with a moderate ascent. The climb is mostly gradual, with occasional steep sections. The trek offers scenic views of dense forests, valleys, waterfalls, and mountains. As you approach Ghangaria, fields of fragrant wildflowers, wild rose bushes, and wild strawberries line the path. The forests are rich in flora and fauna.
Dinner and overnight stay in a hotel/guest house in Ghangaria.
Trek from Ghangaria to the Valley of Flowers (3800 m) & Back to Ghangaria (10 KM round trip)
Valley of Flowers National Park - After breakfast, begin the trek to the Valley of Flowers (4 KM, one way to the valley’s entrance).
The Valley of Flowers is located in the Pushpawati River valley, in the upper reaches of the Bhyundar Ganga River near Joshimath in the Garhwal region. It is one of two hanging valleys at the head of the Bhyundar Valley, the other being Hemkund Valley, which runs parallel to the Valley of Flowers about 10 km south. The Valley of Flowers stretches east-west for approximately 15 km, with an average width of 6 km. A small tributary of the Pushpawati River originates from the Tipra Glacier on Gauri Parbat in the east and flows through the Valley of Flowers.
Enjoy a packed lunch while taking in the mesmerizing scenery. By late afternoon, trek back to Ghangaria. Upon arrival at the resthouse, enjoy a cup of hot sweet tea and snacks to rejuvenate and settle into your rooms. Relax and freshen up for an early dinner.
Ghangaria - After visiting the Valley of Flowers, travelers return to Ghangaria for the night.
Trek to Hemkund Sahib (4650 m) & Back to Ghangaria (12 KM round trip)
Ghangaria - After visiting Hemkund Sahib, travelers return to Ghangaria to spend the night at the rest house.
Trek from Ghangaria to Govindghat, then by road to Joshimath.
Joshimath - Trek 10 KM downhill from Ghangaria to Govindghat, followed by a 25 KM car ride to Joshimath, taking about 1-1.5 hours. The entire journey takes approximately 5-6 hours.
Those wishing to visit Badrinath can depart from Govindghat and visit Badrinath independently. (Transportation to and from our guest house in Joshimath can be arranged.)
Visit Auli, trek to Gorsen Bugyal & back
Auli - Enjoy a relaxing morning with a cup of tea amidst the stunning scenery at our resort in Joshimath. If desired, participate in a yoga session. After breakfast, drive to Auli and take the ski lift to pillar no. 10 to enjoy the view.
Transfer from Joshimath to Haridwar/Dehradun (280 km)
Haridwar - Transfer from Joshimath to Haridwar Railway Station, covering a distance of 273 km in about 8-9 hours. Lunch will be provided en route. The tour concludes here, leaving you with cherished memories for a lifetime!

The park is home to a remarkable variety of plant species, including numerous rare and endangered ones. It boasts over 500 species of flowering plants. In addition to its floral abundance, the Valley of Flowers is inhabited by a diverse array of wildlife. The region supports several species of mammals, including the elusive snow leopard, musk deer, Himalayan black bear, brown bear, and blue sheep.
