ITINERARY: - At 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM, participants will meet at our restaurant located at 54 Hang Buom Street.
- Select dishes from the 9 options suggested by our Chef, then visit a nearby local market to gather fresh ingredients and learn about the Vietnamese cuisine you will be preparing for 1 hour.
- At 10:00 AM or 3:00 PM, return to the restaurant to prepare and cook for 2 hours.
- At 12:00 PM or 5:30 PM, enjoy a delightful lunch or dinner with us after your cooking session!

Cooking class with Daisy and chef Dragon - Took the cooking class with Daisy and chef Dragon. Excellent way to experience Vietnamese style cooking, was very cool to see how to take simple ingredients and transform into a delicious meal!

A must do cooking class in Hanoi - This was a fantastic cooking class and the trip to the local market was really interesting. Daisy and Chef Dragon were very friendly and helpful and the dishes were easy to prepare and delicious to eat. Highly recommend!!

Great fun cooking with Daisy & Q - Had a fantastic morning with Daisy taking charge of our cooking class at Hoang's this morning.
We chose the dishes and the Daisy led us around the food market to pick up our ingredients.
Then chef Q and Daisy showed us how to make spring rolls, Vietnamese pancakes and lemongrass chicken stir fry. All great meals and great fun.

A fantastic cooking class that we ever had. - A fantastic cooking class that we ever had. In this class we had learned the essential of north Vietnam’s gourmet, and with the Daisy’s patience and talent to help us to obtain all knowledge for those delicious Vietnamese foods.

Great food shopping and cooking. - The food cooking class was great. Going to the market and buying the food was a new and fun experience followed by a wonderful cooking class. After we were set up to eat the food in the restaurant. All a very good experience in a nice restaurant.

Worth the time to learn more about Vietnamese food! - I had a great time learning how to cook at Hoang’s cooking class. Not too many people during the Sunday morning class so Daisy and I were able to make great conversation! Daisy was super helpful and explained everything well and Chef Dragon was very patient. Highly recommend (the food was great)!

Very good cooking lesson experience - Very good experience!
The guides are very careful and careful, the chef's demonstration is also clear, without pressure. It is fun to visit the market, and every stand is very local.
