Day 1: Hanoi City Tour

Day 1: Hanoi City Tour
Arrive at the airport and transfer to the city. Enjoy a half-day city tour in the afternoon, visiting the Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Hanoi Old Quarter.
Day 2: Halong Bay
Travel by minibus to the stunning World Heritage site of Halong Bay, featuring sandy coves, grottos, and 1,600 limestone islands. Board a cruise to explore island caves and possibly swim at Ti Top Island Beach during warmer months. Spend a tranquil night aboard the boat under the night sky.
Day 3: Halong - Train to Hue
Return by boat to Ha Long, then travel by bus back to Hanoi around midday. Arrive late in the afternoon and enjoy free time for shopping or relaxation. Later tonight, board an overnight train to Hue.
Day 4: Hue
Arrive in Hue around 11 am and transfer to the hotel. Once the imperial capital of Vietnam, Hue is rich with royal history. Reunite with the group to visit the war-damaged ruins of the Hue Imperial Citadel complex, which once housed temples, state buildings, and the emperor’s palace.
Day 5: Hue Motorbike
Tour the sights of Hue on the back of a motorbike driven by a local guide. Explore the Forbidden Purple City ruins, once reserved for the Emperor and his concubines. Visit Thien Mu Pagoda and see the car of a former monk who drove to Saigon in 1963 to protest the poor treatment of Buddhists. Finally, visit the lakeside royal tomb of Emperor Tu Duc before returning to Hue.
Day 6: Hoi An
Travel by bus through coastal rice paddies and the scenic Hai Van Pass to Hoi An. Your tour guide will lead a sightseeing walk through the Old Town, visiting several major attractions.
Day 7: Hoi An
Enjoy a free day to explore Hoi An at your leisure.
Day 8: Ho Chi Minh City
Take an early morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City, known for its fascinating history and vibrant commerce and culture. After landing, embark on a sightseeing bus tour around the city, passing the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Opera House, and stopping at the War Remnants Museum to learn about the war’s history.
Day 9: Mekong Delta
Take a day trip to explore the Mekong Delta. Board a boat to Ben Tre to visit a coconut candy factory and sample their sweet treats. Learn about local rural life and taste tropical fruits. Enjoy lunch at a restaurant, trying regional specialties like the famous Elephant Ear fish. Afterwards, paddle in sampans past water coconut trees along the Mekong. Return to Ho Chi Minh City by bus.
Day 10: Departure
Transfer to the airport.
