Perfect Experience from Start to Finish - I’m sorry some folx didn’t have a great experience, b/c ours was absolutely perfect. From our driver, to his car, and the trip overall: everything was smooth & easy. Tam was our driver. He was at our hotel 15 min early, greeted us with a big smile & two waters, loaded our luggage for us, and gave us a fully charged iPad connected to his Bluetooth so we could play music and videos. Tam’s car was a nice, clean & spacious Toyota SUV. We could control the AC from our row & our seats reclined all the way back. It was quite a comfortable ride. We left Old Quarter at 1800 and arrived at 2315. Tam stopped twice, per our request, for bathroom breaks and stretches. Tam’s driving was safe, predictable and reliable and he was a true professional. In my opinion this was totally worth the money and we’ll do it again!

Fine experience - The driver were skilled for driving around the mountain. He drove quit slow but yet concern about safety. The driver couldnt speak English but we communicated though google translation. Overall experience was fine.

Affordable but be careful - The van itself was comfortable and communication was good. Our driver to Sapa was amazing, but 2nd driver back to the city was very rude, spoke no English, and tried to rip us off by demanding a totally unnecessary few. There was a reason why the service is cheaper compared to the one offered by our hotel

Sapa Hanoi private transfer. - Transfer was mainly as described. Pick up from Sa pa hotel on time and drop off at Ha Noi hotel. Didn’t get a water bottle as said and the car could have been cleaner inside.

Driver was very friendly... - Driver was very friendly but was over 30 minutes late picking us up without any communication. We had to have help from hotel staff to track him down. Also I understand it’s a long drive, but we also had to stop a separate time along the way to charge his car, where we had to stand out in the sun and heat for almost an hour. I guess I don’t understand why they would use a car that would not make the whole drive if they knew the distance ahead of time. The car was not very comfortable with tight space and stiff seats, but got us from point A to point B.

Private Transfer from Hanoi to Sapa (Booking Ref: 1247857725) - I booked a private transfer from Hanoi to Sapa for April 14, 2025, but the experience was unsatisfactory. The tour operator double-charged me for the service. When I raised the issue, they claimed my initial payment was flagged as "fraudulent" by the bank, which was incorrect—the payment had already been processed. Despite providing proof, the operator refused to acknowledge the mistake, leaving me out of pocket. The lack of professionalism and transparency was disappointing. The operator's failure to resolve a simple billing issue reflects poorly on their customer service. I had to spend unnecessary time and effort trying to rectify their error. Advice to Others: Double-check all charges immediately after booking. Be prepared for potential payment disputes and keep all documentation handy.
