Unforgettable trip and Piu Piu Travel Very trustworthy and responsible tour agency - We spent 12 days in Vietnam, arranged by Piu Piu Travel from start to end. Hyna was responsible for arranging all the tours starting from HCM, Danang, Hội An, Hue, Hanoi, Halong Bay. They were very responsive, accurate on time and very organized, which made the trip unforgettable. When you are with a nice tour company, then everything goes very smoothly, and we didn't know how quickly we could finish our 13days. They choose our hotels in perfect locations, everything is walking distance. The tour guides are all very friendly and the transportation very comfortable. I highly recommend the company to anyone planning to visit Vietnam. We are a total of 24 people, most of whom are 60 years plus. They look after us like a family, very supportive and kind. We are surprised how they manage very easily 24-person airport pick-up and drop, even though we have different flight times. We love Vietnam, love Vietnamese food, people are very down-to-earth and helpful. We have already started our next trip to Vietnam, which is also arranged by Piu Piu Travel. Thanks again to the Piu Piu Travel team for making the overall trip very enjoyable.

Fantastic tour of all the “must see” places! - This was a great tour if you have a short time in Hanoi. It covers all the big items. Still so much more to see! James was fantastic. His English was great, he had a great personality and you could tell he prepared a lot for the tour. Really enjoyed the whole experience!

Overpriced and mixed feelings - I have mixed feelings: +: even though this was a group tour, I was alone, which was amazing - a private tour +: guide (James) could take us to train street at the time during which the train came so I could see it passing +: guide spoke good English -: the Viator description is totally misleading: you can not go into HSM Mausoleum, at the time we went the Pagoda was already closed (shame because I wanted to visit it not just look at it from the outside!!), and you could not go into The Cathedral either….none of this info was stated in the description, what is more it specifically said: “admission / ticket included. “ - the guide forgot about that a tea / coffee was included in the price in Hanoi train street, I had to remind him which was uncomfortable for me - I got no bottle of water either even though it was also included according to the Viator description - the guide pushed me to leave a review even before ending the tour and tried to observe and control what I write. This is inappropriate. Considering all these, the tour was very overpriced.

Average - The guide was quite cultured and gave bcp info about Vietnamese history/culture. That said, he wanted me to put a comment in front of him at all costs, even before the excursion was over. The activity itself is quite expensive for the number of things to do. The taxi between each place is just a waste of time. Walking would have been better.
