Great experience - Really enjoyed the market shopping experience and seeing the variety of local ingredients. Maxi was a lovely and friendly teacher. The food was great and I will attempt to recreate at home.

Beginner or expert - give it a go and enjoy yourself - You do not need to be a cook and I would definitely recommend you give this a go - I am no cook but these guys made it so easy and informative, and I really liked my cooking :)
Ingredients were easy and I'll definitely try out my culinary skills back home.
100% recommend.

Amazing cooking experience - Our family had an unforgettable experience with Maxie's cooking class in Hanoi. The day started with a fascinating tour of the local market, where we learned about the fresh ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine. Maxie was incredibly knowledgeable and made the market tour both educational and fun.
The cooking class itself was exceptional. We prepared several delicious dishes. The highlight was the egg coffee prepared by Maxie, which was simply out of this world. Maxie's instructions were clear and easy to follow, and she made sure everyone was involved.
Ending our trip with this cooking class was the perfect choice. We left feeling happy and satisfied, with new culinary skills and wonderful memories. We highly recommend Maxie's cooking class to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Must do cooking class! - Awesome cooking class with Alex, from a walk through the markets to making the best spring rolls ever! Definitely reccomend it for families, couples, singles, anyone who enjoys good food and learning new skills!

A must do! - Maxi was brilliant - patient, articulate and knowledgeable! The cooking class exceeded my expectations and we cooked 5 quintessentially Vietnamese dishes and all tasted great. Highly recommended!
